Nothing new with doing super-sets that's for sure, but sometimes we forget to drop in the old school basic moves with our training. Like this one, adding in a 3 round super-set at each station of 2 before rotating to the next station of 2. Don't forget those super fast sprints in-between each new set. This will spike their heart rates up and give time nor the beginners to take a break grab some water and hear a few encouraging words from you!!
Modify any stations or equipment to suit your training space! If your doing this one outside have them do a sand sprint or a hill run in-between. - กีฬา

Were they on a timer for each exercise or were they going for reps?
Are they just doing like 10 reps of each superset. So 10 heavy squat, 10 band squat jacks?

Hey sorry I am trying to post 1-2 videos on here other than the training guides like I used to do back in the day. I try to share everything I can in these without the whole written up guide. Those take hours and hours of work so to pop one of those out a week is all we can do, but I like to share other videos with as much info as I can for you. IF you have questions just ask. This looks great. How long do you have them do the entire workout?
Shanicka Tairu the sessions are one hour long. We went through this circuit once. With a warm up, some core moves to start. Hit this circuit then some sprint relays and stretches to finish. Boom a killer hour workout.

So each station has two exercises, 1minute each? Repeat 2x before rotating?
Hey yes , each station has two stations, you rotate through the two stations 2-3 times through and then rotate to the next station of 2 drills. Its a superset of two exercises at each station. Kind of like you would do at the gym with two machines, instead of taking a break you do a different drill back and forth for 2- 3rounds. Its sooo good !
