Tortoise & Hare (SLOW & FAST) Bootcamp Circuit Workout

    This is my Tortoise and Hare workout! What does that mean?! It's all about the contrast of slow, focused, and strength with speed, agility, and endurance! I kick off the workout a a different style of warm-up. Today we do a couple sets of partner exercises that put clients in a great mindset from the team bonding, laughing, and sweat inducing exercises. They will be happy and ready go all out in the circuit. In the Tortoise and Hare circuit I have 2 different sets for each station. The first set is done slow (tortoise), then the next set is done fast (hare) right after. I combined the exercises at each station in a way to maximize fat burn, muscle confusion, and excitement. I love workouts that fly by for the clients because this means they were in the zone and not bored waiting for it to just be over. I want clients thinking about nothing but what they are doing at that moment! Get them lost in the workout. Let me know how it goes with your crew.     Workout Categories: Circuit + Full Body + Cardio + Fat Burn + Partner + Heavy Weight + Abs + Indoor
    Terrain: Indoor
    Equipment: ***if you don't have any other this equipment, you can make modifications
    5 Pylons, Exercise Mats, Light Dumbbells, Medium Dumbbells, Heavy Dumbbells, BOSU Ball, Medicine Ball, Bench or Step, or BOX
    For the circuit in phase 3 determine the amount of equipment you need at each station by dividing the number of clients in your class by the 5 stations. (Example: 20 clients / 5 stations = 4 pieces of equipment at each station with clients spread out equally into groups of 4 at each station)
