    Ideal morning list- recall dreams, make your bed, drink tall glass of water w/ any supplements, breathing, 20 minute meditation, 1-2 minutes of movement, cold shower, self hygiene, "brain tea," journaling, to-do list (3 work goals & 3 personal goals), to-feel list, to-be list, read for 20-30 minutes, brain smoothie, go through brain training, start your day

    I just finished an online university level course, Biomedicine. It was a trauma on my memory. Hopefully soon I join Jim's memory enhancement course before taking the course to the higher level.

    Thanks for sharing this interesting routine. I’m very curious about the supplements. I started investing about ginkgo biloba and most of the meta studies I found were only on whether it can help Alzheimer or dementia in elderly people. The results are rather controversial. Do you have scientific proof about the enhancements coming to a healthy person through the regular use of a concentrated amount of ginkgo biloba other than that of a placebo? I’m happy to hear from you.

    Regarding cold shower, is it safe to get inside to cold water in winter (not adjusting the water with the hot one at all, just opening the cold one) ?

    How can we adapt this to those who work night shift. Morning is the sleeping time and Evening is the wake up time

      I work night shift, my plan is to go to day shift as soon as I can. It's very difficult to start a routine when you are switching back and forth all the time. Plus, night shift is terrible for you.

      Yes, it's an excellent idea to take a shower after exercise. A cold shower will be great after your workout. If you're doing intense or strength workouts, try hot-cold alternating baths
