  • Casa ZTG is a 1,200-square-metre detached house in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, Mexico. It was designed by 1540 Arquitectura for an elderly couple who wanted a timeless and elegant home that would reflect their personality and age.
The house is located in a private residential area with single-family dwellings. The architects decided to create an "introverted" home due to the lacklustre surroundings. The front elevation consists of a tall, opaque wall that is lined with an L-shaped reflecting pool. In a lower corner of the facade, a rectangular opening provides access to the interior and offers a glimpse of a lush garden.
The house has three levels, one of which is below ground. The main floor is divided into two parts: the front half is occupied by a lofty corridor that wraps around the garden, while the back half contains the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The upper level houses the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The exterior walls of the house are made of brick and are covered with Roman travertine marble. The interior walls are painted white, and the floors are made of polished concrete. The overall effect is one of understated elegance and timeless sophistication.
Casa ZTG is a beautifully designed home that provides a tranquil and private oasis for its occupants. The inward-facing design, the use of natural materials, and the abundance of natural light all contribute to creating a sense of peace and tranquility. The house is a perfect example of how architecture can be used to create a home that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Here are some additional details about the house:
    - The roof is made of steel and concrete.
    - The windows are made of wood and glass.
    - The house has a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
    - The garden is landscaped with native plants.
    - The house is equipped with a security system.
Casa ZTG is a stunning example of modern Mexican architecture. It is a home that is both beautiful and functional, and it is sure to provide its occupants with many years of enjoyment.

If you zoom in a little closer I will be able to see every grain of dust and of course I have no idea what this house look like because your camera man likes the ZOOM lens a bit too much!

    Cold, solemn, mausoleum-like.

just what your average elderly couple is looking for. Actually, identifying this home as anything other than extraordinary design would seriously miss the mark. Gramps won't even have to worry about where to park his six Lamborghinis - out of the rain.

    Wow that’s ugly.
