Thanks for the tutorials, I got so much accomplished in one sitting with your help. I am still confused about emails to different users that I set up with Zoho. So I have my name, support and quotes @ my domain name setup but will emails to any of them come to the one mailbox (which is the super admin)? Thanks!

Hate to use this word...but it "depends"! If you don't have too much important info in your Gmail (for your business), then you don't need to. But if you want to access your old business emails in your new email, then go ahead.
Personally, I didn't migrate data.

2. When creating a signature, can I use a different signature for each email address, and can the signature be created as an image and uploaded to the signature?

Could you please clarify why one should or should not check or uncheck an option? If you do not know the implication of this or that option, simply say that you prefer to have this checked and so on. Trying to force options on users because you see so is not productive and limit the usefulness of the video.
Thanks for your reply. I simply select the options I feel is best while using Zoho. It's as simple as that.
But of course, some options may work better for me if I use them. But I don't because it's not needed for me. Simply passing on the knowledge.
Finally, these are "suggested" options...no one is being forced to do anything. :)

Hey Queen.
1. Go to mailadmin.zoho.com/.
2. On the left side, click on "Users"
3. Click on +Add
4. Add the person's first and last name. *For username, that's your new email (for example: info).* Then add the new password and click add.

How do you switch between accounts I have info, support and admin?
Assuming info support and admin are all "users", you have to go to mail(dot)zoho(dot)com and log in with each user separately. There is a way to switch between all 3 at the same time with the Zoho Desktop app. Video on that coming later!

Hi Vic, a quick question: can I duplicate zohomail on my android device? I've downloaded 2 apps and tried to clone zohomail but I just simply cannot log in. Is it possible and I'm just messing it up? Or is it not even possible? Many thanks!
In Google Play, search "Zoho Mail - Email and Calendar". That's the right app.

Yes. With the free plan you're only limited to 50 messages at once, per day.
To send mass-bulk email with the free mail plan, the only way is to connect it with an email Client like Thunderbird??
SInce the Mail Merge App only works for paid plans
You can send a mass bulk email for up to 50 emails using cc (or bcc) with the free plan.
