Clear instruction. My question is, when you send your email how can you let your logo display as the image/Icon in the receiver inbox? example. If your company name Zoho when you received an email you will see the company name but with the letter "Z" how can you change that to reflect a logo if you have a logo?

I got this email but the company called me asking why I got it and I said to send campaigns. They said that it goes against their policies to use it that way. They say you can use it to send a low amount of emails but not with an autoresponder. So I cancelled it.

Thanks for this. Got it to work in the end. Was a bit more complicated using Dynadot, but each step I searched the dynadot help pages and got all the answers I needed. I had to do the DNS mapping in a different order (set up merged TXT/SPF with DKIM as a subdomain, then set the email settings), which took a few goes to work out. Kept getting an error message that I had already set up mail forwarding, so had to go back and remove that, then add the DNS settings, then go back and re-set the mail (MX) settings...

Thanks for the love Zodi. I'm not sure how you can attach this to your Hotmail. Best thing is to create a new email for you business with Zoho, then copy all of the emails you got in your hotmail account into Zoho. There's a way to do this, maybe I may make a video on this later.

So, you can’t connect a mail client like Outlook or Apple Mail to your Zoho email? You have to use the Zoho app to manage mail? That’s a serious limitation.
Yes, there is an option while setting up your email called "Data Migration". It also shows in your Admin Console after setting up your email. Once in "Data Migration" area, click on +Create, name your Migration anything you want, click the dropdown that says "Add new server details", then go to your previous mail service to see if it's IMAP, etc. Then add your server details and click "Add". On the next screen, add your old email address (aka "Source email") and your new email address you created in zoho (aka "Destination email"). Then wait for the migration to happen -- which could take 1-2 hours. That's basically the steps. I might make a video on this in the future.

Thanks for the love Zodi. I'm not sure how you can attach this to your Hotmail. Best thing is to create a new email for you business with Zoho, then copy all of the emails you got in your hotmail account into Zoho. There's a way to do this, maybe I may make a video on this later.
And yes, it's advisable to create a different Zoho account if you have a different business name.
