    If I decide to use SMS Magic etc., how do I access and converse with SMS texts "on the go"-- through the CRM app?

    Why wouldn't you mention Zoho Voice ? At Least before you start the dive.

      I was hoping this was a video about Zoho Voice.
      I really want to see it in action but cant cos I'm in legacy Twilio phonebridge

    I have RingCentral but need a power dialer. Am considering Zoho voice. do you have any info on this topic?

      One great powerdialer option that works with RingCentral would be Phoneburner. It's actually our favorite in the way that in integrates with Zoho CRM (essentially, by launching the dialer via custom views).
      It is a bit pricy per user, but works great if the goal is to increase the volume of calls you're placing.

    Thanks for the overview. When you mentioned dialing from CRM on mobile uses your phone not the Ring Central app, does that mean it uses the phone dialer or data on my cellular plan? I ask because I am often in areas with poor cell coverage and typically can only make calls via cellular since data calls are not reliable.

    Hello. Great presentation. Is there a way to see Zoho CRM data (contact/account) of the caller if i'm on the move with a mobile only?

      If you're just using the CRM Mobile app, there are options for call logging and you can specify which modules you want the app to search for a match when a call comes in. The only issue is that if the contact calling you is also in your personal contacts on your phone, that interface will take precedence and you won't see the CRM data.

    How do you Bifurcate the number? Lets say we get the original number from ZOho Voice, or Twilio?

      Hi Sean Hynes, One option is to use Zoho’s AI function “Parse Phone Number”.
      It will return a number of different values, one of which is
      "original_format":"(925) 97X-XXXX".
