@@toolfinderhq Or at least one of them fully... I feel your videos need to do more if you want to beat the 'Perplexity' search. Just speaking from the apps/tools marketing pages and showing footage from their marketing videos isn't enough I feel.
Spark has become a liability in my Apple ecosystem. Unfortunate, because I've used that platform for several years, but now they are pretty much useless
Isn’t Newton Mail dead? I was very interested in it but when I tried it it seemed broken and people online are saying the company isn’t even replying anymore
@@toolfinderhq perhaps a poor choice of words: it’s operational, but the most recent reviews from 2024 (at least on the App Store) indicate they aren’t getting support from customer service, lack of development, several mail fetching issues in terms of delays or not getting messages at all. It’s even worse on the Google Play store. If this is alive then I would hate to see what dead is.
@@waynekelly11not sure if my comment got deleted? But yeah that’s what everyone on the app stores are saying. It’s not dead as in there’s an existing app you can download, but it’s definitely not alive. Bad/no sync, no customer support / service, subscriptions getting renewed even after cancellation. On both App Store and Google play store all the reviews are horrible
@@toolfinderhq It may have "come alive again" but it has so many issues; Gmail syncs intermittently, in-line attachments don't display, autopopulating email addresses from contacts hasn't worked in months, and support is non-existent. I've done everything possible to keep using Newton, but stumbled onto this video and was truly shocked to Newton being recommended.
I like Proton Mail. It's incredibly important to have at least one privacy focused email regardless of your profession. Of this list though I do really love Spark feature wise. Great integration with Todoist, too. I use Spark for personal stuff where privacy isn't a concern.
@devoywilliams3956 not with that attitude. There are plenty of browsers, extensions, search engines, etc. That are dedicated to privacy, some of these are Brave (browser and search engine) Vivaldi, Zen Browser (built off of Firefox), AdNauseam (ad and tracker blocker built off of uBlock Origin), I still don't care about cookies (blocks invasive cookies), and loads more. These are just the ones that I use or have used. You can also use privacy respecting operating systems and utilize physical hardware to increase online privacy, such as Fedora Linux and setting up a Raspberry Pi as a PiHole (Raspberry Pi is a single board computer, and PiHole is a network level tool). PiHole blocks ads, trackers, and more, not only online, but also on streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.
Implement email app where user (elderly with vision impairment) can tap a voice record button in email app to leave voice memo recording, auto cut off with beep sound (via phone speaker) when reached email 25 MB file attachment limit. Press stop button, and voice recording auto convert as file attachment in email. Sent to recipient.
Does these apps have trackers ? I want to use an app also to prospect new clients :-) I noticed Polymail is centered a lot on this feature but I also want to have a well rounded email app and I'm Polymail would be it ... Also, you don't talk about eM client, what do you think about this one ? There's too many choices, I don't know what app to take !
And NONE of these would be acceptable to replace the corporate email standard. Our company will only allow the Apple Mail or Outlook. Both of which most likely will never hit your top email apps.
We tended to focus on those who are using email apps in a capacity for all-round use, eg. personal and non-corporate scenarios (SMEs, medium-sized businesses)
@@toolfinderhq Outlook works well for using both a personal and an org account, and integrates the calendars so your personal stuff is timeblocked on your work calendar.
Newton, if you can get it to actually work, always had such a clean interface. It was a great writing experience. Unfortunately, it's not supported anymore, it crashes, doesn't sync well, search sucks, and essentially misses emails. It was my favorite email app for years until it got sold, bought, sold again, and now lying in a closet somewhere connected to the world but forgotten. I don't think the current owners know what they could be sitting of if they dusted it off and gave it some attention.
Just wish superhumans personal license was 10bucks a month. Or they should charge per mailbox or something. Ive used superhuman and its really great but 30 bucks a month is half my internet bill 😂
Sorry but I only made it a few seconds into the video. Almost every video showing the best email apps has the same 3-4 clients but you don't have any of them.. and they the "big players" in the industry. This makes me wonder if you only picked clients you get a kickback from? Maybe.
I've been using the same email app for almost 20 years. And now suddenly, it won't migrate between phones, and it's not available anywhere. I've Tried all the ones everyone says are the best, and they are terrible. Why has it become so hard just to get emails? Why have the Democrats Destroyed Everything? All I want to do is see my email. Why was it so easy 15 years ago. but now it's almost impossible?

We do plenty of those 😀
Daily planners, calendar apps, to do apps, we’re trying to cover more notes apps to!
@@toolfinderhq If you are solopreneur you should check Flowlance (calendar, payments, client management)
Could you make a video of productivity apps for personal use only, nothing that is more focused on business or teams, thank you!
I second this!
About 70% of these apps are personal focused, we’ll be covering more soon.

The all inbox and the refresh button on widget.
