Fantastic video! Thank you for taking the time to share that with us. I wish the 2023 rates for financing were the same as yours!

Great video. Is the 182 RG a problem with maintenance. I see them for sale at a lower price then a fixed gear 182.

Can you tell me where you have your financing? I'm just looking at buying a 182rg. Thanks

Very informative. I'm just in the market to buy one up here in Canada. Looking at a 79!

Great video, thank you for posting. I have a 1978 182RG, non turbo. LOVE that airplane! My costs are similar, my maintenance costs are somewhat lower. My annual inspection has a rack rate of $1,600, plus whatever additional work is done. On average, it's $2,500 to $2,800 for each annual. My engine is getting close to TBO. It still runs strong, but I know I will be replacing it within 3 years or so. I'm currently looking to replace some interior plastic pieces and not having much luck. Do you have any experience with that? Happy flying, enjoy that airplane.

4.50 a gallon. Nice. Probably can't find that anywhere in the states today.

How's your insurance almost identical to mine if you don't have an instrument?

How much equity do you have in the airplane, i.e. what is your opportunity cost? For me that is the biggest fixed expense, not sure how much the loan offsets that for you.

The Peterson clean and Knox clan. They're from the lowlands of Scotland. I got tattoo that says Scotland forever on my chest. If you like bagpipe music and Scottish Gaelic music, I can sing in the Irish Scottish Gaelic
