@@KNJfan I have troubled feelings, i love the series but the Creator suffered under RT so he left and i think would be Bad if RT continued with it But i enjoy it and want to SEE the ending of a great story
I've often liked to see things where the villain turns out to have once been a lot like the hero at one point in their backstory. I don't usually see the trope get taken this literally, though. Oh, also: *"Nobody cared who I was before I put on this crown..."*
But what would make a Knight that seems so peaceful turn into something so horrible. It would be an extremely interesting story to watch / read of they did it well.
@@viator_eagle5936 Well I know a lot of people are going to say this so I am getting it out of the way, depression; depression is a very powerful thing it can cause people to do something they'd usually not do and not always do with themselves. A second idea is that he wanted to be more for his people and so all those negative thoughts got absorbed by the crown, until he was willing to do anything to *help* his people (or should I say for himself), then turning him into the world renowned evil over lord El Ray. My third and possibly final idea is that when the king was getting older and loosing the right to admire all of what he did when he was younger, when all of a sudden it slowly jumped at chance when he was most weakest, til the crown killed the king and possessing his body, making the crown the true El Ray.
I honestly believe that the nomad of nowhere is a thousand times better planed than RWBY, with a caring and charismatic cast, yet this gets cancelled and rwby keeps on delivering season after season a mess with no resemblance to that of the first three seasons

3:50 erm actually at first the king in nomad was kind and as a result a beacon of hope however the power of the crown fades with time so he got a wizard to help who the crown then devours this is what changed the king the loss of power and a desire to help people lead to him killing wizards by mass for power which then corrupted him. as an old adage goes the path to hell is paved with good intentions and another one that appears quite often with the prior absolute power corrupts absolutely. and as the vast majority of people below has said sir nothing is probably el ray not the nomad as el rays tale lines up with nothings than that of nomad also i think that the appearance of the king and how the kings tale is told doesn't affect this as 1 the king is probably not seen by his subordinates often and 2 why would the knights that witnessed the tower climb know of the butter fly its a small object that would move around allot they would only see the knight of nothing scaling the tower avoiding all the traps. also i am of the belief the knight of nothing is el rey and that's probably true with all the connections you can make between nothing and ray.
no its a crown that turns butterfly's to dragons and the one ring is not given to man as man have seven different rings in which the one ring is not among them and has varying powers baced on the users race such as hobbits having invisibility and Sauron having force push
If you ask me, Nomad of Nowhere is actually a downgrade from Sir Knight of Nothing animation-wise; both Nomad and Camp Camp suffer from incredibly stiff animation.
So they turned an what sounds like an okay short into a terrible, boring, bland abomination that I dropped in two episodes? And didn't the creator leave too in the middle of production?
@TheFloofArtist The show isn't that bad, sure it can be a bit bland at time because it is trying to stay a kid friendly as possible, but it definitely has it's charm and I wouldn't call it an abomination of all things.
"Kid Friendly?" The show isn't friendly to the *intelligence* of kids! From the idiotic characters (all of them) to the nonexistent or contradictory "worldbuilding" (why are people desperate enough to be paying gold to get into a city with water when there exists a huge forest full of water and a hippo creature thing that MAKES water?) to the bad animation (I know because I am an animator, LOL), kids are smarter and more mature than the people behind writing this show. It's the same beef I have with almost anything made by Studio Illumination, they just make brainless slop that quickly dates their work and market it to kids instead of attempting to make anything barely resembling a good script. It's almost like people just collectively forgot what made movies good and rewatchable, and that is a script with some competency behind it.
@TheFloofArtist So let me get this straight, You got all of that after only watching the first two episodes and didn't even bother to watch the rest? That's like someone going into see a movie and walking out after the first scene.
@TheFloofArtist Shit son, we didn't know who we were talking to: TheFloofArtist. Man, what a timeless and well-respected creator. A household brand if you will. I am humbled to be in the presence of such an awesome and noble person. Your legacy will touch the hearts of millions for ages to come. ALL HAIL THE FLOOF!!! Fuck off. LOL
That's being generous, I drop most shows if their Episode 1 fails at doing their job, which is to captivate the audience's attention and introduce the show. Nomad failed at every level. Let me guess, Thot is some magic being in disguise, Nomad has a tragic backstory where he lost his waifu, Skout is like a reincarnation of said waifu, and bootleg Schnee guy works for some king dude that's the main bad guy who is responsible for all the magic being missing. Is this an accurate prediction given all the knowledge I know about the show from those two episodes of almost nothing happening?
Nomad's still a cute cinnamonbun.
I FUCKING KNOW RIGHT
damn straight
"What's Viewed as Nothing.... Shall soon be Known as Something".......!
this is utter nonsense and means nothing think before shiting out poetic garbage such as what you said.
Theory: what if El Rey is Sir Knight of Nothing........
just look what that crown did to the butterfly, turned it into what some call a monster. ;)
El Rey started off nice and the land prospered like the knight, but then he got corrupted. so maybe...
MatPat: but thats just a theory, A FILM THEORY
matpat get out

I'm going to binge watch the whole series
You should. It's very good. The first 3 episodes are enjoyable but not memorable but after episode 5 it REALLY picks up steam it's quality skyrockets.
it's easy I've watched it all three times, two of those was in one sitting, it doesn't take long, and is well worth it.

yes
but you did probably ruin it for your self and allready done it
Samurai Jack, True Grit, and LotR? Huh... I was more thinking Trigun mixed with RWBY and a little Wizard of Oz.

Unless, of course, nomad of nowhere is a sequel to sir knight of nothing and the Knight's real name was el ray.
I think el Ray is sir Knight corrupted by the crown.
no shit but elaborate as this is not transfotmative or original as many people make this connection instantly

can you tell us when they going to make Nomad of Nowhere session 2?
Just realized the crown is like the rings given to man
no its a crown that turns butterfly's to dragons and the one ring is not given to man as man have seven different rings in which the one ring is not among them and has varying powers baced on the users race such as hobbits having invisibility and Sauron having force push
Speaking of anime influences, it still has a Trigun vibe first and foremost.

IM SO HAPPY!
Why You May Ask? Well Georden Whitman Is My Half Brother And Is Talented! I Love Him ❤️😺😸
You mean where it ended
Yeah, cause when I see Nomad of nowhere I see shows like Samurai Jack, True Grit and LORD OF THE FUCKING RINGS!!
What is the music you use at the end of the video?
It's coool that the nomad is a knight or a bit 🙃
If you ask me, Nomad of Nowhere is actually a downgrade from Sir Knight of Nothing animation-wise; both Nomad and Camp Camp suffer from incredibly stiff animation.
animation is a lot harder than people think. It would take alot of money
They let go of the creator of sir knight and kept his character for nomad
but as a rebuttal and an explanation nomad is a series and nothing is an art project one will have more time put in to animation
wert wert that doesn’t really change the fact that it’s stiff and not that good in general
what's the song at the end?
What the eding soundtrack xame from?
Got me geeking
season 2?
look at the new kid on da block

Can we get more My Hero reviews?
