    Yes my dear seems so far to complete your taper but you will. Im 52 placed on klonopin 2 years ago 0.75mg at bed. Started to taper 3 months ago now at 0.25mg. You will definitely be able to drop your dose. My worst symptom is bad sleep, due to klonopin.
    My prayers are with you, Pray daily often, only Jesus heals not doctors

    Good luck girl! From a fellow Aussie in Berlin. I hope you come back one day and share your recovery ❤️❤️❤️ I’m 58 days off lorazepam after a rapid taper (93 days total use, thanks psychiatry 😡😡😡) and still have Mirtazapine to taper off soon. I really regret getting involved with these fuckers, because they’ve managed to destroy my health - temporarily I hope.

    Be kind to yourself, take your time healing, I gained a lot of weight too, it's ok we'll lose it when we're well. It will get better, things will lift gradually, it's not linear but it will get better as time goes by...focus on you and do whatever you need to do to get through this, your taper is going great, listen to your body and we'll be here when you return. I'm 19 months post taper, it has been awful but there is a light, our receptors grow back, the darkness lifts and life will return, much love to you and thank you for sharing and inspiring us. God bless you.

    I hope you feel better. Hey, being sick can distract you from the tapers pain. No one remembers they have a cold when running from a bear. And my doc says when I hit a wall with clonazopam taper, they will switch me to Valium. We will see. I’m done from 3mg clonazopam to .5 to 1mg.
    Sometime it’s good to be alone, and feel. No one will take better care of you than yourself.

    I think you should KEEP recording yourself for YOUR RECORDS ! So when you come out of this you have the option of release them or not 👍 because WE ARE THE BENZO COMMUNITY ! All we have is US ! Your videos could save someone’s LIFE ! And get them though a tuff spot in their tapering journey!!! Because REMEMBER how alone you felt and how when you where looking for people going through the same thing on TH-cam And how GREAT it was to find videos of people Tapering and beating this monster! I know you most definitely saved someone from giving up ! Or doing harm to themselves...when they seen YOUR VIDEOS! 🙏🏻Let me let you in on a little secret.... when someone asks me for Benzo videos and looking 4 hope I always always SHOW THEM YOURS ! Why ? .... because you are well spoken, Dow to earth, and look very strong and put together! I remember a little girl about 17-18 years old name shasta saying..‘’ she’s so pretty’’ and if she can do it SO CAN I ! You are one of the more stronger people I have run across.. and if you leave it’s gonna definitely suck ! But I just wanted you to know how important you have become in our little community... thank you for all you done for everyone going through this hell ! You will be missed... Good luck and god’s speed 🙏🏻🙏🏻 jimmy j

      Im not addicted, I was misdiagnosed as having anxiety when I had Akathisia after a surgery. Was only on the meds for four months then wanted to come off. But they put me on such a high dose its taking a long hard time to get off.

    • @beautifullybroken1591
      @beautifullybroken1591  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @tyrel With all due respect, nobody in this situation is lucky. I am traumatised for the rest of my life. The doctor did what he thought would settle your physical symptoms the most. As there is no cure for Akathisia it only makes sense they would jump to do that. I have now tapered down to 6mgs of valium from 30mg. I am doing really well most of the time. It took me a long time to get here and it has been nothing short of hell but I am alive and yes I have experienced most symptoms you can think of. I have researched and fought my way here and you can and will do the same my friend.

    • @beautifullybroken1591

      @tyrel How many times do you dose a day?

    • @beautifullybroken1591
      @beautifullybroken1591  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @tyrel Don't be sorry I understand what you are going through. Are you tapering off the valium now? When you hit tolerance your body is telling you it needs a change. And it wants and needs to rid the poison. Although it seems counter-intuitive you could try cut 1mg and start a slow taper with a psychs help. I researched hard until I found one who would support me.

    • @beautifullybroken1591
      @beautifullybroken1591  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @tyrel Those symptoms are common unfortunately. It sounds like you are going through depersonalisation. Everything is an overload for our nervous systems right now so be kind to yourself. But don't lock yourself away. Go for a small walk up and down your street and then try for longer ones where you are out in public but in a quiet place. The more we lock ourselves away the worse the fear gets!

    Sending love your way. I took xanax off and on for several years. Thn was on it daily for around a year, had to keep up dosing. That's when I decided it was time to quit. I've been off xanax for almost 2 months now after tapering for around 5 months. This stuff is true poison and just wanted to let you know like many others have that your not alone. Stay strong, you can do this. I've been going thru hell for many months now but I'm still positive that I will make it thru. Wishing you the best. Will be praying for you.

    Was NOT expecting you to talk about Christ. You said many powerful truths (like not feeding the negativity)....but the truth of Jesus Christ is THE most important thing. Our relationship with Him is EVERYTHING. He alone is the entire point of this existence. I don't know if you remember me - I created the support group in BAND (Sunshine & Pandemonium)....it's a beautiful thing to "see" you again (on here), and I wish you the best!!! You are on the right path. Christ is coming and will wash away all the tears from our eyes and lift us out of our brokenness. And people do sometimes get offended when I speak about Christ and how it IS possible to experience His peace, His joy, His love...while IN the suffering. In fact, IN the suffering is where I came to know Him better than I ever have in my entire life. xoxo!!!
