For me One of the best cards to have on the deck is a mana rock, and its victory chimes- a 3 CMC mana rock that untap each Turn and can give anyone mana. Since u have many cards that tap a creature each Turn (like Citadel Siege or Timin Youthful Giest) you basically have One free activation off hylda by havine 1 Open mana each turn
For an enchantment tutor effect for a budget maybe consider moon-blessed cleric, is also really good especially if you're using Thassa and other blink effects so you can search other enchantments like opposition or citadel siege which is also a free tap effect on every opponent's turn.
I built my list without the opposition and other free tap outlets. After talking with many people at my LGS, they wanted to see what i could do without some of the more oppressive interactions and I won the first game I ever played with it. It might not be as consistent but it was a lot of fun and reminds me of an old standard deck i had a decade ago lol.
I think deep gnome terramancer is a very solid add in almost any deck that doesn’t also run green. Hylda’s engine is very mana-intensive as you’ve pointed out, so being able to just find a plains every time someone fetches or ramps will help out tremendously
I also like ashnod’s altar. I haven’t thought much about it, but with opposition out, I’m sure there’s a way to “break” it by using a token to tap something down, then sac it to the altar and keep adding 2 colorless and just keep going until there isn’t anything left to tap down lol
For me and my playgroup, I found Hylda to be more fun if she doesn't control the board by instant tapping everything that threatens me, but rather make it sorceryspeed or on attack, using the various tap abilites more to tap away blockers while growing my team. It became a pseudo unblockable tokens deck, which fit's my playstyle more, but I think it's difficult to not make her oppressive and controling. But that's always a problem I have with commanders that either remove or benefit from removal. And while tap isn't hardcore removing, in a casual environment it's still annoying enough if your whole deck is built on preventing attacks and politics through threats of tapping. A sorcery speed mass tap in that scenario is more akin to a finisher than a controll option. It doesn't use her potential nearly as much, but is still fidgety enough to give me the feeling of building a synergistic engine.
It’s possible to run a Search for Glory with the ability to search targets like Sharae of Numbing Depths, Kiora Bests the Sea God, Thassa, Faramir, Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset, etc. Also Moon-Blessed Cleric + Thassa/Teleportation Circle just lets you stack your deck with an enchantment for every turn if you choose to.
Some more decent upgrades would be more untappers like White Plume Adventurer, Virtue of Loyalty and Invasion of Segovia. Not only are they great with the mana dorks and opposition effects but they also allow you to get more aggressive with some of the flyers in the list.
nice decklist im just curious how come the moxfield price of the deck is over a hundred dollar . im asking cause my group is planning to have a budget edh game and we wana know how much the optimal price for a precon level deck is. maybe $45 is too low to make a decent deck and we have to do a $100 one instead. thanks

I would add Court Street Denizen and Elvish Mariner to create a token creation engine.

For protecting the commder I would put in swift footboots and I think with hokori dust drinker a meekstone
I built mine with a +1/+1 counter sub-theme with Lux Artillery, Lae’zel, and the Abzan Falconer and Battle Priest

I think verity circle is better than rhystic study most of my games.
