Nuts, legumes, bananas - these are major triggers for me.
I tried sunflower seed butter and really disliked it. I'd rather eat the whole seeds.

I am extremely shocked and disappointed, that when it comes to women and Migraines, Hormones was NOT not discussed here 😳! Really?
Fluctuations in estrogen, such as before or during menstrual periods, pregnancy and menopause, seem to trigger headaches in many women. Hormonal medications, such as oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy, also can worsen migraines.

It was made very clear that migraine is multifactorial and highly variable between migraineurs. This podcast is specifically about food triggers. It's not directed solely at women! Hormones are not a factor for children or men - men and children do have to eat!
