The color of the yolk depends almost solely on what the chickens eat. Nothing to do with free-range, factory or anything like that. Eggs fed corn and soy tend to have a brighter yolk because of the carotenoids. Feeding them some flowers and such also makes the yolk brighter.

ok so I tried this and I tried to add enough where it would give it colour but not change the taste and it didn't do anything... I think I would have needed to add more, but I didn't feel like tasting tumeric that day lol
@ I’ve recently started eating baked oats for breakfast. And I enjoy it but I’m tired of the same 2 flavors. I make a chocolate one and maple pecan. I’ve realized I enjoyed it more when I add like a melted peanut butter frosting type on top. If u can do a biscoff, cinnamon, cookies and cream or anything thats without fruit. Also would love to see some cottage cheese and oat recipes. Trying to eat healthier and more protein. Side note. If it calls for mashed bananas, can I substitute with unsweetened applesauce. I hate bananas. If you read this, I appreciate you.
the burritos is kinda best one for me i eat like 4 eggs sometimes with tortilla or sometimes with brown breads with mozarella cheese on it if u want more tatse take one or two tortilla of 12.5 inch 3 whole egg one egg whites and 40 gm mozarella cheese thts around 45 gm protien under 500 calories nd i cant start a day without karak 😂 so i take one cup of tht too so total 550 calories and 50 gm protien good amount protien in morning plus very tasty breakfast

If you want yellow eggs save your $ use egg white s add turmeric , I worked in a dinner cook fast on high.

is 460-550cals a low calorie breakfast? For me low calorie breakfast is under 400cals....
You can have one portion of the baked oatmeal instead of two, half a burrito instead of whole one, etc if you want!
