Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline Lawyer Annie Fitzsimmons and Spokane Broker Ken Sax filmed a special "Inspection Week" video series during the WR Fall Business Conference. Annie and Ken delve into the particulars of Form 35 & 35R. Learn how to use the forms properly, even if you think you know everything about these forms already. What about multible reentry when more than one specialist is needed? How is that requested?

So no one does any work on repairs ? As a listing broker no seller will give money unless buyer signs contractors bids.

This is a very informative video but I found it to be too long, wish it would have been broken up into 2 shorter clips. Great stuff though
