    What about multible reentry when more than one specialist is needed? How is that requested?

    So no one does any work on repairs ? As a listing broker no seller will give money unless buyer signs contractors bids.

      @UCj7aYzAZwCv5WehmX0k1fFg ,,,there is a new "norm". The old days of giving 3 contractors names and the broker is off the hook is now over. buyer has to pick one contractor to bid the work orders they want fixed. When lenders require more work , i will have to be handled the same way.

    This is a very informative video but I found it to be too long, wish it would have been broken up into 2 shorter clips. Great stuff though
