A big THANK YOU Vlad, just followed your instructions, great supplement to included instructions. First print amazing, what a great little printer. It will be so much fun
OK, years have gone by and you've probably forgotten all about this video but you just helped a Gramma of 5 put together a 3D printer all by herself!! The little ones can't wait to start making accessories for their Hot Wheels tracks and Lego builds!! Thanks for the clear and concise way you covered each step!
Zachary Mead I am new to the hobby and this was my introduction. It was for sure less than an hour and a half and I was drinking a beer and definitely taking my time. I followed his instructions and it went just as it should’ve. As a matter if fact I’m printing a side spool holder right now.
frankie wenner good luck man. I’ve been using mine daily since putting it together and it’s ran flawlessly. I’ve been watching videos hoping to figure out tinkercad next, that hasn’t gone as smoothly.
Thanks! You saved me sooo many hours! We got this whole thing put together in about 1 hour. My kids and I are already printing. Got it on sale at MicroCenter for $99. Quick, to the point, no fluff, such a great video - didn't even look at the terrible instructions it came with - don't know how I would have done it. Sending a few bucks your way and subscribed!
Thankyou ever so much for doing this video. I am a newbie to 3d printing and this video saved my stress levels as the instructions are not clear at all
I just unboxed and assembled my first 3D printer. Followed your video step by step and had a perfect success the first try. It's doing the test print supplied by Creality now. Just wanted to thank you for your excellent instructional vid. You made it easy. Everything from your detailed comments to the changes in camera perspective was very professional (except losing steps 9 & 10, which turned out not to be a problem anyway). I definitely subscribed and liked. Thanks again.
When you first started I thought "Is he really going to talk about every single part" By the end I was really glad you did. Very thorough. I now know I want one!
Dude, extremely informative video. I got one for my birthday today and looked for instructional videos and yours was the first one that popped up. There is no reason to watch another video. Thanks for posting.
This video was super helpful for me. I bought a used Ender 3 Pro, so there were no directions, all bolts, etc. were put into the same bag, and a few minor steps were already done. This help tremendously. Great work!
just made my day needed to know how to do all this to my printer and then the cherry on top the list of printable upgrades. absolute saint my friend, thank you.
This was so helpful in assembling my new Ender 3 Pro! I watched this a few times before assembling and then paused it as I did each step on my phone as I assembled it.
Hi! Just received my first Ender 3 Pro today. A few days ago, after bought, went for somo tutorials and found yours. Haven't bookmarked... Meanwhile, went all over the internet to find your tutorial. No other one describes how to make this machine to roll over. Thanks Man! I'll get back to re-thank you. Keep safe!
Very thorough, when I first opened the box I have to admit that the whole assembly looked pretty intimidating. Thanks for making this video. It was super helpful.
I watched your video immediately after ordering my Ender 3 Pro. Watched a few other videos as well. Yours was by far the most helpful. I used your video to build my machine and finished in a few hours working slowly. My bed would not level properly after build completion. Had to make some adjustments to the top bar recommended in another video. Got it all worked out. Printed my first test print using the supplied white sample filament and completed the puppy dog print off of the provided micro SD card. Doesn't appear to be enough for another test figure, FYI. Thank you so much!! You're video gave me the confidence to take the plunge and start this hobby. Hoping to teach my two kids. Could change their future.
The tip about re-leveling the legs on a flat surface probably saved me a LOT of hassle with my first print. Absolutely thorough video without a bunch of filler to pad the runtime. Short, sweet, and to the point. Excellent job.
I started researching 3d printers several days ago and have already settled on the Ender 3 Pro. Your video has cemented my decision. Good video. I'll probably watch it several more times when I get my unit.
On your controller board the EXP3 slot is pacifically made for the ender 3 , using the other ports isn’t recommended as those are for the older generations, they use the same control board for all versions so they just have separate slots for each version
Wish I found your video first... I appreciate you following the steps and making it so straightforward. Will definitely check out more of your content. Thanks!
Just want to say thanks ! Got an ender 3 pro set it up using your video, very well done. I'm a new user of this tech and I'm already up and running my first print. Thanks again
Thank you for posting this thorough video. My granddaughter received one for Christmas and I was asked to set it up. I assumed it would be easy like any ink jet or laser jet printer. When I first opened the box, I have to admit that even as a IT Admin with 30 years of experience that I was a bit overwhelmed. Your video will be a HUGE help in getting this setup and working properly.
Thank you very much for this video- I watched several times and then used it as my guide in setting up my Ender-3 Pro (first ever 3D Printer. There is no way I could have built this thing from the info card included as a manual. My first test print is running even as we speak!
I just unboxed my new ender 3 pro and followed your video... did my first print that came with the micro sd , first print came out really good.. I’m glad I found your video on putting it together... 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I ordered my E3P a week ago and just arrived today. I studied this time thousand of videos and tutorials. This is by far the best explanation for the assembly even with the cut which was well saved. I’ve watch a lot of his videos for this printer and they are all very interesting and well explained. And by the way, English is not my language. Thank you because I could assemble my printer in no time. And my first test print (dog) was perfect. I missed a bit of leveling the bed though. But perfect and subscribed.
Thank you soooo much for this video. Consumer experience tends to be better than the manufacturer's instructions 9/10 times. This is one of those cases that a consumer's video and instructions far outweighed the silly ~12 steps on a piece of paper. Furthermore, we all get to learn from your experience and expertise. Thanks again Vlad! Keep up the amazing work! I bought the Ender 3 Pro because of this video!
I didn't come here to learn how to build it. I came here to build the confidence that I CAN build it. So noooow I may just purchase one and revisit this channel! Thank you oh so greatly!! The video is well put together and thorough in every aspect of the building process!
I did the same thing, play the video then paused it, then play the video again then paused it. I ran into a few hiccups lining up the screws correctly, II broke the axis stopper when the motor fell on the floor but the video was very helpful for a newbie like me.

Incredibly helpful video!!! The instructions are very lacking in detail so I was worried about putting it together. This video helped me immensely! Thank you!!
I built mine in just over an hour with the directions included and then had a brain fart. Found your video and now Im back up to speed! Thanks a bunch man!
Your instructions helped me get my Ender 3 back up and running after some cables disconnected when raising the Z Axis too high. Thank you again for this video!
Thank you very much for your instruction. It saved me a lot of time. I hit three problems when assemble this: 1) I tightened the two vertical bars too tight at the beginning, that made it hard when I tried to put down the horizontal bar into the rail. I had to loosen the vertical bars to adjust; 2) I accidentally put the top cover bar under the filament feeding cable, which made me redo that part again; 3) It is kind of hard for me to feed the filament into the pipe, even I preheat the bed. I cut a wedge but it was still hard to get in. I had to use a small screw driver to push it down into the hole. But all were resolved and I'm printing my first piece now ;-). Guess I will hit many more issues without seeing your instruction here. Thanks again for your detailed instructions.

You are my #1 printer guide! Dude, the way you take your time to explain with simplicity and detail coupled with your friendly, smooth voice....I kinda want to move in with you lol.
Hello and great video! I ordered mine several days ago and enjoyed all of your reviews! Thank you for all of your great advice and set-up. Waiting patiently in the next month.
Just used your video to setup my first printer, first print is already looking good. Thank you for the thorough walkthrough, I only glanced at the provided steps once or twice.
thanks for the video- when I got home from work today this exact same box was sitting on my steps waiting for me. Following along with your video made the whole process much easier. edit- btw, mine also came with little spacers for the bowden tube to tighten the fittings like you made in your other video. Creality must have been watching.
@Carl honestly I've had quite a few problems with it middley is probably user like getting the bed level because had the z axis stop or too low so raise that now that's working now I upgraded the extruder because I was having slippage and stuff so now it's just getting the right settings for the filament and immediately you know this is my first printer so there's going to be lots of user error stuff going on but I think I've got most of it solved now
@@bhplanet1921 If you put it together right and you have the right filament settings it's actually quite good it's better than my mono price mini V2 I had that literally was just trash and despite everything that people say it's actually pretty decent that has a huge print area compared to what I hadn't I printed cows lightsaber from Jedi fallen order that turned out beautifully I have it on a stand on my desk it just looks awesome It really comes down to user error in my experience If you have the wrong settings and the beds not leveled you're not going to have a good experience it's really up to the person using it to have a good experience like in the beginning it was all kinds of messed up for me and it was until I did a little more research and monkeying with the settings that I fixed most if not all of them so as as right now I'm having a pretty good time with it it's a lot bigger than my old one which means lots of cooler projects if if you want to say that and I'm really excited to actually be using it for some cool stuff like I designed a boat mount thing for a rod holder that my dad wanted and that turned out really good It works well I'm actually really sorry for the ramble but like if you want more just ask away The biggest problem I had was that I could not get the one corner of my bed leveled because you may know most of the beds are warped but that's not really a huge problem with you just put a sticky note under the removable bed but what how I fixed it was I put the z-axis stopper higher slightly and that made it so I could level my bed to the point where like all the points are actual leveled instead of like having all the way compressed and still not being level like I used to and again probably user air while I was putting it together but I got to fix now And the only other problem I have with it is there's no auto leveling I know you can do an auto leveling thing but like I don't want to have a thing that does computes and does offsets I want like natural leveling so I might save up for like a CR10 or an ender 5 plus but right now I'm having pretty good luck with it just you got to get the right settings and the it put together right and again sorry for the ramble And if any of the words are misspelled or doesn't make sense it's because I'm using the voice to typing thing on my phone because I'm way too lazy to type this all out
Just for all of you that watch this video. If during your ender 3 or 3 pro builds, if you add just a small drop of "blue" loctite on all the bolt threads it will save you a lot of headache later on. Because these printers move constantly they have small vibrations running through the frame, which transmits down to the screws holding things together. So when I say to use a small drop I mean it. I put a drop on the end portion of the threads, then roll the bolt on my finger working the loctite into the thread. Then install and tighten. If you use to much on the bolts you may find it tough getting things loose when you do want to take things apart. My only reason for suggesting using the loctite is that I've been reading a lot of posts where people are having issues with their printers coming out of square. I used the build method by CHEP here on TH-cam as he simply has a full proof method of squaring the frame. This is a great basic build video and nothing wrong with lots of good advice. Good luck on your builds and hope you have hours of fun printing new creations.
Thanks used your guide to help me build mine, first 3d printer so took took me 1.5 hours to build, and 45 minutes calibrate the bed etc, printing like a charm now, with some really good results
Just going back to watch your older videos. Really haven't changed much, which is a good thing! Don't change what isn't broken. Just a shame you never got to experience the original ender 3 back when it very first came out. Got all spoiled by nicer things since then. If you see this, I'd still love to see a review of the Creativity3d Elf/Elf Pro.
Instructions are pretty easy to follow though..? If anyone can’t follow how to put it together I’m not sure 3D printing is the hobby for them 😂 Unless they’re using STLs from thingi or wherever.,.
I'm with everyone else thank you so much for this video. It was extremely helpful in getting it all together and leveling it out. I had some troubleshooting to do afterwards but I got it all figured out and working great now.
the tutorial on setting it up on the paper sheet showed the Z Axis rod with its cover on. I was hyper confused. It fits together so perfectly now! Thank you! My frame was already tightened to perfection. No wobble. I will now go back to building it! I cant wait to throw my 3d Blender models at it haha. The wifi part is very useful for printing ABS. I do not want to be printing ABS in my house. Plastic fumes
Just wanted to add my thanks to the many previous. Very well done! For those that come next, watch a step, do it, and then come back. He does a great job walking you through EVERYTHING.
I've watched countless videos and I must say you do the best job explaining what goes where. I cannot thank you enough and well worth the sub! I pick up my printer today!
Thank you so much, had my first 3d printer and assembled it successfully with your video tutorial. Loved it. If you also could provide the final filament holder diagram, it would be great. Thanks a lot once again
The more videos I see on this printer the more I am convinced I made the right choice about two hours ago. I've already bought some of the upgrades I've seen on Wish. (Actually before I bought the printer). I am retired so I ought to have a lot of fun with it.
Great video. Covered each part very well, even while forgetting to film a step or two haha. Definitely boosted my confidence, can't wait for mine to arrive!
Today we are trying to put together our new printer and we watched your video, but your video is too fast a you kept skipping past some stuff. Thanks for the help, but maybe please show more of the work and slow down next time.
Thank you so much for making this video! it was so well done that I didn't need to look at the instructions the entire time! It was concise, and each step was well explained and your camera angles were perfect! Took me about 3 hours and I did everything you said word for word and it came out perfect!!! Thanks again!
Just got my Ender 3D Pro today. I read the included instructions and quickly realized they were garbage. I was thinking there's got to be a lot of nuance to the assembly that isn't described here. So I found this video and it included exactly the level of detail I was looking for. First print 100% successful!
Your video was amazingly helpful, however you didn't explain certain steps that are immensely important, how to properly put filament into the printer, as well as forgetting to mention the simple prints the sd adapter that exist. Thank you so very much it was a valuable and useful video.
Thank you soooo much as I am a real newbie. Here is link to leveling softwarre I think helped me. I paused you assembly video and came back after leveling my bed. Again thanks!!!!!
I want to congratulate and thank you for the time you took to make this video. I bought the printer, watched the video on my flight back home. Watched again at least 10 times during the unboxing and build, but I did it because of this. Very good work, thank you !!! Just after that I could level the bed using another video, and printed the little dog that comes on the SD card nice and smooth.

You are my #1 printer guide! Dude, the way you take your time to explain with simplicity and detail coupled with your friendly, smooth voice....I kinda want to move in with you lol.
Just Vlad: it’s pretty simple.
Me: what does this mean!?!?
Lol I’m NOT technical at ALL.
Rare, easy, simple and very pleasant to listen to instructions. On top of that it comes from somebody who knows what is doing. ONE BIG THUMB UP!!!
YOU ARE THE BEST TEACHER! THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP US OUT!
Hello and great video! I ordered mine several days ago and enjoyed all of your reviews! Thank you for all of your great advice and set-up. Waiting patiently in the next month.
Yo you saves us from being confused yoy showed us the steps the screws and you explained really well thank you
Receving mine tomorrow, just to say that your vid will help me a lot, since manual guide are not that good and your vid is pretty well explained
How has it been for you?
Just used your video to setup my first printer, first print is already looking good. Thank you for the thorough walkthrough, I only glanced at the provided steps once or twice.
thanks for the video- when I got home from work today this exact same box was sitting on my steps waiting for me. Following along with your video made the whole process much easier.
edit- btw, mine also came with little spacers for the bowden tube to tighten the fittings like you made in your other video. Creality must have been watching.
2 years later and this video is still helpful. Thank you sir!
I ordered this on Amazon so I'm just watching videos of it out of excitement

@@chaseaspengren354 So is it any good? What's your experience?
Just finished assembling my new Ender 3 Pro with your help. Thank you.
Thanks used your guide to help me build mine, first 3d printer so took took me 1.5 hours to build, and 45 minutes calibrate the bed etc, printing like a charm now, with some really good results
Thanks so much for this video. Used it to assemble my first printer
He actually missed out on several helpful steps with the rod, or saying "this thing" or not turning things a certain way.
Instructions are pretty easy to follow though..? If anyone can’t follow how to put it together I’m not sure 3D printing is the hobby for them 😂 Unless they’re using STLs from thingi or wherever.,.
@@dinodan2759 as shitty as thingiverse is, it's the largest platform to find stuff xD
Hey Nestor! Just got my son's put together. Great video man! Thanks!
Very helpful video. I was able to put together my Ender 3 with your video. Thank you
Man... You are a saviour!
There were some questions is the instruction. But with your guide - it worked perfectly!
Nice tutorial, I just bought this printer and I'm a newbie in 3D Printing so you just de-stressed me
:!: Dan3λ :!: do you like the Printer After 2 months. ❓
Cauce I think about to buy me this Printer to.
@@_lufix_ Better buy the ender 5
@@tobiasmuller527 Yeah the ender 5 is an nice upgrade over the ender 3
Just un boxed it i am astonished how strong the printer looks and easy to assemble it .
Thank you so much, I watched this video today as I was building my brand new Ender 3 Pro, it went smoothly and good - it is working like a charm.
Just wanted to add my thanks to the many previous. Very well done! For those that come next, watch a step, do it, and then come back. He does a great job walking you through EVERYTHING.
You went from one printer to four in record time!

I wonder how many printers Vlad is responsible for bringing into the world.

Thank you for this and your other videos. Watched it as I built my Ender 3 Pro today and it was a life saver. My first print came out great
Thank you so much! I got this printer for christmas and was having trouble with the subpar instructions. Your video helped a ton!
BLTouch, upgrade cooling, and dampers, makes it a top quality printer. I have enjoyed my Ender 3. Just don't use it much anymore since I got a Prusa.
Man you made the assembly process so easy, thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for making this video! it was so well done that I didn't need to look at the instructions the entire time! It was concise, and each step was well explained and your camera angles were perfect! Took me about 3 hours and I did everything you said word for word and it came out perfect!!!
Thanks again!
This is the printer I want thanks for shearing
Just wanted to leave my thanks because those instructions were for rocket scientists. I relied fully on your video and it was great.
Thanks amazing tutorial 👌🏻
Just got my Ender 3D Pro today. I read the included instructions and quickly realized they were garbage. I was thinking there's got to be a lot of nuance to the assembly that isn't described here. So I found this video and it included exactly the level of detail I was looking for. First print 100% successful!
Jeez. I never realized how tall that volume is 😂
Your video was amazingly helpful, however you didn't explain certain steps that are immensely important, how to properly put filament into the printer, as well as forgetting to mention the simple prints the sd adapter that exist. Thank you so very much it was a valuable and useful video.
My printer is missing a M4X20 screw
just buy it at your local hardware store. They'll help you out.
Thank you for your help! Couldn’t have done it without you man!
Great video but you forgot most important step how to put in Filiment correctly
Thank you so much man. I recieved my ender 3 pro today and your video made it so easy to get it together and running.
Thank you soooo much as I am a real newbie. Here is link to leveling softwarre I think helped me. I paused you assembly video and came back after leveling my bed. Again thanks!!!!!
I just ordered one and plan to use this video to help me assemble it. Very easy video to watch. THANK YOU!
