If I may, here are some humble notes inspired by Dr. Kaplan's valuable lecture:
    ● Trump's full-speed approach to solving the complex Ukraine situation could "burn his attempt" by underestimating the high friction... European upper security is not something that can be compromised, especially by Trump.
    ● Russia's major geopolitical loss in the Middle East after the fall of Assad and NATO's gain of new members after 2022… New major factors in the comprehensive complex equation.
    ● The Russian "General of economic inflation" may continue in Moscow what Prigozhin attempted to do in late 2023! Don't forget Trump's strong promotion of US LNG.
    ● The "rise" of the far-right movement could add a rational dimension to Brussels's domestic and foreign policies... Moreover, the growing sense of serious common risks related to Putin will add an emotional dimension to the EU machinery... In February 2022, Putin triggered the war mindset!
    ● Imagination, as Robert Kaplan indicates, is not a fantasy-it’s a reality when, in some complex cases, the output of analytics provides more options than the inputs.
Probably, it's in the frame of Einstein's saying: Imagination is (THE) more important than knowledge.

The guy that asked the China question sounds like Yanis Varoufakis to me.

Listening this in 2024. None of his gloomy scenarios have materialized. I don’t why people pay money to listen to him.

It would be less subjective to address the reasons why Russia invaded Ukraine.

But the entire talk/lecture would be about the war in Ukraine.
