Love that you guys are doing this! pro tip: if you want to include fresh salads/veggies try not to put dressing on them, this makes the salad go soggy really fast and also try to do them in a separate container, that way you can heat up your chicken/rice or whatever in the microwave and not heat up the salad. :)

This is great! I don’t know if anyone has said it yet but I would set the bag of chicken in a bowl or container in case it leaks and always put raw chicken in the bottom of the fridge under any veg or ready to eat food to prevent cross contamination. I have drawers in the bottom of my fridge and I use the one at the very bottom for any raw meats

For the overnight oats, I would suggest using vanilla almond milk over the vanilla yogurt because the added sugar in yogurt is usually upwards of 20g per 3/4 cup whereas the added sugar in almond milk- if any (it could be stevia) - is usually closer to 10g/cup. It will taste just as good, but with far less sugar!
I really recommend the book Brain Warrior’s Ways to get some suggestions on healthy and tasty foods to use for cooking!
Thank you for these videos btw. They give me hope for being a mom in the future! 😊

The best thing I ever saw (from Kim at The Wads) was sheet pan meals. I literally make most of my meals oven roasted. Leftover veggies I use in omelets and salads. I cut out sugar (mostly lol) and bread. My clothes fit again and I lost about 10-12 lbs so far. ETA I also try to intermittently fast most days. Cut off at 6pm-ish and eat "breakfast" between 11 and 1.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this or not - it may seem counterintuitive, but the proper way to use a lemon press is to put the lemon half cut-side-down into the press. So the cut side of the lemon will actually be facing down into the rounded cup portion of the press. Also, warm lemons release more juice so nuke it in the microwave for 10 seconds or so before squeezing.
