    This is my first visit and comment on your channel. It’s likely you know the following but if you use a soffritto in EVOO on medium low heat you’ll draw out the natural sugars in the carrot and onion. The use of granulated sugar would be unnecessary and will further impart an additional flavor to the marinara sauce. Just saying.

      Just be careful with some of those pre-made light ranch dressings as they contain lots of unnecessary ingredients that aren’t good for your overall health.

    Love the recipes. How do you reheat these- microwave? Or just plan on eating them all cold? Doesnt microwaving change the molecular structure of the food lessening the nutritional value?

    Well yeah they look good BUT it's really frustrating to watch "make-ahead" meals that will go bad after 12 hours. Like an avocado sandwich? really? this thing will become brown after a day MAX (wth or without lemon). And half of the vegetables in the salads will wilt and become discusting after a few days. Come on youtubers! These meal-preps are only for the videos, they don't work IRL.

    I really want to try these. Esp ur Fab. I hate mayo but have always wntd to easy egg salad this seems like a great alternative. Thank u for keeping it nice & simple but healthy I'm going to have my big kids help so maybe they will easy better this week. ❤❤❤

      Hi there,
      If you do not mind me sharing; abstinence (self-control), exercise, fresh air, nutrition, rest, trust in GOD and water are the laws of health, which if adhered to, will help one live longer. Touching on nutrition, i would recommend opting for an organic, well-planned, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (preferably consuming fruits, nuts and vegetables in their raw form so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole-grains which provides mankind with ultimate health and longevity, i believe, based on experience too. If 'properly planned', it provides the system with the required calcium, carbohydrates, essential vitamins, fats, fibre, minerals, protein and water required to make good blood and enjoy health.
      Please consider adding Raw Organic Perfect Food Alkalizer & Detoxifier (Garden of life) to the organic vegan diet too to increase nutrient intake, i believe.
      Moreover, i would also recommend to consume colloidal silver (avoid consuming too much according to gathered information) or colloidal gold if one can (avoiding purchasing from other countries as it may deplete in quality during transportation based on gathered information too).

    I found your channel while searching for what to bring to work. As a first responder, I have no time to really sit down and cook and when I'm at work, it's whatever I can find in the vending machines. EXPENSIVE & UNHEALTHY. Immediately drawn by this video in particular because the recipes are so simple! Can't wait to see what else you have in store!

    Thank you so much for these recipes! Finding recipes of foods I can also eat at anytime during the day or heat has been challenging. I have been trying to find suitable and time appropriate meals to prepare for long hours of work + spending time outside majority of the day.

    I like the idea of the avocado egg salad. I love guacamole, so I think it would be perfect for me. Personally, I would add some tuna to it to add more protein.
