I got the outdoor mounting kit for them and they were easy to install. Once you download the app, it walks you through the very easy set up. The clarity, and range is awesome. I am thinking seriously about adding another camera or two to my 3 camera system. The price is lower than a lot of comparable systems.

How did you get to the Logitech Webcam Software application?
The actual Logitech software that came with the original webcam can only be downloaded from here: download.cnet.com/Logitech-Webcam-Software-for-Windows-10/3000-2348_4-77592932.html
The official Logitech website no longer has it. The one in the link has recording software with resolution/compression options.

Just got this camera. I watched this video before it arrived and had to find it again for reference because my first two test videos came out as 15 fps in 1080p. Then, I watched the video again and my third test video came out to be 30.16 fps in 1080p! I'm only using my home lighting. Still slightly grainy during the replay but what can I expect without proper lighting. Can't wait to get some. Still 1000x better than my last webcam I had in 2001.

Which Logitech software are you using to get this setting panel? I don't see it in Logitech Capture, Logitech Webcam Software, or Logitech Camera Settings. I have a C920S

Any idea why for some reason my C920 has decided to be slightly fuzzed out, esp in OBS? It looks closer to 720p but I have the highest settings for obs capture and followed your instructions here, still no crispy :(

Late comment but hopefully you will see it. Can you tell me If I should be using PAL 50hz for anti-flickering if I'm from Europe, has this ever been standardized, frankly I see no difference between PAL and NTSC?

made a video using C 920 ... worked good. A week later, I'm trying to do another. I dunno what is wrong ... I can't get the damn thing to stop "banding ...?" the camera image looks good , exposure,etc. but as soon as I click on start recording, band city ... help? Horizontal bands ... please help me? I am on Windows 10 if that helps ...also camtasia 8.6

Great information as I await delivery of my camera, so thanks for sharing. Just one thing everything was way too small, apart from at the very end.
Yeah, the preview window for the C920 is a bit small. if you like, you can use OBS Studio if you want a bigger view of the picture when previewing it, or if you have Windows 10, they just released a camera app for it that you can use with the c920 that offers an additional loads of features for it.

I have the C922 :( So it won't let me use the software. Thank you for helping me. I guess ill just stick with Movie maker. They say the quality on the C922 should be better than C920 but i disagree. Maybe it's just my settings.

When I open up the Logitech Webcam Software, it says I don't have Logitech drivers? I'm not the most tech savvy. Best place to download the proper driver?

Taking off all the Auto crap helped a ton! Thank you. However, I have been playing with the settings even after a hard reset and I can't get my FPS to get to 30. Its stuck at 15 FPS

Software settings on my webcam are different to yours and how do you have your webcam positioned..when I put it on top of my imac my head is at the bottom of the screen..I'll have to purchase a stool to elevate myself
isitebuild yiu should be able to adjust the angle of the camera from the Akers itself. The camera swivels and the part that holds on to the monitor opens up for add flexibility. Try using OBS as the recording software for the camera. It’s free and I have a tutorial on how to use it. Check my how to improve your video section and you’ll see a video for the C922. Obs works for pc and Mac. Good luck

How can i adjust the picture height ?
I mean i wanna get the video picture more down = then i activate the camera in OSB i only see my Face and the top of my room ;)
But i wanna display my face and parts of body/chair and not the top of my room ;)
And i wanna go with arrows down and then the message :
Adjust your focus pop up.
And than i enable focus its seem to have no effect :(

Jove Talevski hey man. Yeah it freaking sucks, the c922 doesn't work with the c920 software. Check out my channel, I have a video specifically for the C922 and software and settings you can use

John markle I would suggest the same. The image will not be any sharper then what it can put out, so the main point will be to make sure you have plenty of lighting and adjust the white balance to get the most possible accurate colors you can achieve.
