My problem is with cod black ops cold war. Ps4 pro is reading the disc showing the icons even updated the game. When running the game it gives the startup screen then blue screen of unrecognized disc or damaged disc. Please help me with that problem. Thank you.

It the Disc Drive has problems if you can’t fix it the drive then you have to buy a disc drive or hard drive as well to make sure your PS4 System is all running strong has has GB Storage

Btw the reason why it did the unrecognized disc thing is because the battery on the mother board is dead so basically all the updates have been refresh for some reason
So that's why you have to tilt it in order to work such a great idea
So I end up changing my battery
AND it work but u have to do safe mode first
