Thanks for the video 👍 I must say one thing though. It's Blu-ray player and the games are on Blu-ray disks. Blu-ray player can play DVDs and CDs of course but that is another case. The previous 7th console generation gaming console Xbox 360 had a DVD player and its equivalent console on Sonys side PlayStation 3 had a Blu-ray player.
Exactly the same problem that is happening with mine PS4. I don’t want to take to assistance cause they will charge a lot for doing just a cleaning. I’ll try do to same thing you did and I’ll comment again with the results. Thank you!
Guys, all you need to do is open like next to the HMID bit with the light. I don’t know how to explain it but small you open it. You take it out. You blow on the little black thing blown it and it starts working again
@@jeuvideoworld if you stand the slim up on its side and look at the top there is a bit of the ps4 you can take off take it off there will be a few like black bendy wires move them around and blow on them it worked for my uncle, my cousin, my brother, me and a lot of other people I know
Hi i open my ps4 for cleaning but after i assembly it, my ps4 says unrecognised disc but I never touch the cd rom except the ribbon cable that attach to motherboard..
So Sony has sold people a console that can have a blu ray drive fail and collect dust due to in inadequate colling or protection system thanks for the claification. WOrst thing is it cant even play PS1 2 or 3 discs

Its not gonna work for most people, id say this works on 1 out of 10
For me, it also works when putting it on it's rightside.
