Hello, in future, before you are going to replace SAM modules for any other Mercedes, could you check with UV lights if they ever had coated them with conformal coating?. Especially those Mercedes which are older than 10 years, not flooded, but had issues of moisture from the cycles of high humidity during the rainy season and drop in temperature at night. Suspecting that Mercedes built before 2007 does not have conformal coating for PCB or SAM modules. Regards.

got the same problem on my GL450, water leaking on the passenger side on the rear end, water damaged the SAM and fuse box. In this video, looks you didn't fix the water leaking problem, is there another one for the water seal?
عزيزي محمد، حصل وأن تعرضت وحدة سام لدى سيارتي r 2008 للعطل بسبب دخول ماء لها وبسببها لم تعد تشتغل الأنوار الخلفية، هل بالضرورة أحصل على نفس الكود الذي في القطعة السابقة، أم أنها بحاجة الى برمجة
These issues never happened when Mercedes used to have engineers to build their cars not basic technicians!

just going through the same problem the repair shop said too plastic bag the module and raise it up .

اذا وجدت مستعمل نفس الرقم يشتغل اما اذا جديد لازم يتبرمج

If you're Able to Code it use autel or das by reading the coding from the old on yes
If not it is not going to work well like seat or gaz gage
