incredible. it must be a joy to work in that shop! i haven't made anything in a while, i really miss the feeling of accomplishment when sanding and then applying the oils to finish. maybe i'll get back out in the shop and make something simple. cheers Pawel

Why did you oil before your P-320? I've always oiled after I'm finished all sanding. Just curious.
The first layer of oil seals the wood pores and raises the final microfibers, which are then removed by sanding with 320-grit paper. I have checked this under a microscope. The second layer makes the surface silky smooth and very durable. Regards! :)
