I spend $500-$700 every time I send my suspension back to my for “No charge” revalving after the initial revalve with a big name suspension shop. Spending the money on data acquisition to get it right the first time makes sense to me. Not to mention seeing immediate results on the track. Too bad I don’t live in Cali!

I have a 2022 KX450 and I love it so why worry why not just ride? Unless you're a pro rider then I can see worrying about it but of course those AMA pro riders have their mechanics that change everything including the suspension. But for me I'm not that greatest rider, I'm 48 years old and I just set the sag, put a Pro Circuit exhaust, changed the brake and clutch levers along with renthal bars and a nice grafic kit and I'm set, just ride baby ride!

Is it REP, or REO? It looks like REO on the stickers. REP, Racers Edge Performance, is owned by my buddy, Dr. Tony Stack, here in New England

$1500 - $1700 for some no name brand? Lmfao!! Can spend less then that at Factory Connection or Pro circuit and get linkage and other goodies for that price and would be much more worth it.

You might want to do some research on REP/AEO. You’ll find some quite well respected factory technicians are leading the show.

You’re a bit incorrect here. The re-valve is $500 about the same as any other company. The $800 is for the data acquisition, a system that very few companies have the experience with. You gotta compare apples to apples.
Second, REP is one of the top suspension companies in the industry, many top amateurs and pros run them in both mx & sx (Ryan Sipes is running them on his factory GasGas flat tracker). Mark Johnson, the owner, was the factory tech for Dungey, Roczen, Musquin for many years, with multiple championships under his belt.
Finally, while yes you can get a re-valve and linkage for that price, you’re still running a “ball park” setting. This is true 100% personalized setup using data acquisition. Just like what’s used at a factory level and what’s been used in series like motogp for some time.
