The place with the different raw eggs would certainly be a totally new experience for me, but I like this kind of new and "crazy" experiences (I mean that in a very positive way) that you can get only in Japan. Thats one of the reasons why I love Japan so much. What I never would do however, is to eat at the 3 restaurants on the same day ! One per day would totally be enough.
Pls help feedback to the egg store owner to consider adding Natto option in his menu… Natto mixed with quality raw egg yolk, a bit of Shoyu & wasabi and sprinkled with some finely diced green onion is so good … high in protein, nutritious and popular dish with locals
