Here in Hawaii, kei trucks are gaining popularity, and I did see a kei food truck recently. It was a little humorous, however, as the guy running it was a huge "local braddah." I think he took up almost all the remaining room in the truck! 😆
You’d think that being able to pick up a box of sushi at your local 7-11 or train station is pretty convenient but the food truck is like an upgrade with even higher quality options! Price seems affordable too. That’s just amazing!
The negiri sushi by Sushi Sakigake looks done with finesse, the size, shape of the sushi looks far better than many mid priced sushi shop. Bara chirashi too. 👍👍👍
@@ShizukaAnderson I actually planned on making a rugged-theme jacket store after I graduated back in 2019 - 2020, but the pandemic halted the plans for it, so I had to put it on hold. I made some design prototypes / samples that are still in my wardrobe. Maybe it's time for that jacket project to restart? :) :) P.S: Currently starting a Japan-inspired Curry restaurant business after developing the plans during the pandemic and work. didnt' know japan has a food truck scene eating some nice nigiri in a cherry blossom park. wow. video is presented well, i'm surprised it doesn't get much love with subs. i wonder if food trucks is going to show up in those seasonal festivals in small towns.
Food trucks do appear during festival seasons in small town! The foods they offer are more traditional like takoyaki or yakisoba but lately even more trendier foods:)

I’ve been to La Cabina taco truck this past December, as a Mexican-American living in Los Angeles, I was truly surprised how delicious the tacos were. Highly recommended!!!
