They were basically laughing about the possibility of it being real in their last video about it. With that arrogance and denial, they've actually caused the condition for some people who trusted them. This video is just damage control on their part because they've started to realise that it's real. And they're supposed to be the "medical professionals"... 😅

The lack of awareness about these products is insane! I was actually watching your videos before taking Finasteride; you mentioned minimizing the dose, which I did. As a result, yeah I got the 5 ari disease. But guess what? I recovered to the point where I can say that I followed Ryan Russo’s approach on YT, and it worked for me. This condition is 100% reversible, some people don't want other people to know that you can reverse out of that, I will say it like that. I wasn’t getting better until I took action. Again, I did exactly what Ryan Russo did. It was extreme and unconventional, but I needed out of there. I'm young and I've dreams to accomplish, which now I am going to be able to do it. I thank Ryan Russo everyday! God bless him so much! Now, I’m back to normal life. And I'm now aware that compounds like SSRIs, Finasteride, Accutane, Saw Palmetto, Lion’s Mane, etc are a roll of 🎲.

According to Reuters, the FDA received more than 700 reports of suicidal thoughts and deaths by suicide among users of Propecia or its generic versions, including at least 100 deaths.
Some reports suggest that finasteride may be linked to depression and anxiety because men with depression may have lower levels of allopregnanolone, a neurosteroid produced by the 5α-reductase enzyme that has antidepressant and anxiolytic effects

The UK and Canada recently issued new warnings about ongoing symptoms after stopping. More research into the condition is underway so expect further warnings from regulators in the future.

I agree. No one has shown a mechanism of action as to why they have symptoms even when their hormones return to baseline (before starting Finasteride). People always neglect to consider that there are a percentage of the general population that gets ED or brain fog or depression. So they're going to turn to the thing they think of instead of addressing other alternatives like diet, other medications and personal life. So when they compare the incidence of "PFS" it aligns to the incidence of the general population, which is likely to happen.
