No need to apologise, dude.i really appreciate these vids.iv been lifting a while, but this past 6months, iv gone up a gear in terms of training with my organisation and depth going into my first show.i use these workouts and really enjoy using them and hsve seen some serious changes in my physique.so fuck the negative people if they don't like your content opinions then don't waste your energy on them.its pretty simple don't watch then there's other content out there. The right people appreciate brother.😊
Would be interesting to get a glimpse of an old logbook to see what kind of notes you take, and more importantly what notes came in handy as you were planning your next group of training sessions.
Mate, the content you have been providing is absolutely top notch. Getting so much high level tips and info from both you and Meg. Both incredible athletes and have a natural presenting personality. Love Megs little “Bastad!” Comment at the end of particularly heavy sets. 😂 legends! Keep up the great work big man.
Excellent update… clear and concise… thanks for sharing on TH-cam… Challenge is that those with little or no development copy exactly what you do… mostly cable work 😜.. with low intensity. Would be good to share a back to basics start up for those starting out … and clarify the difference between a beginner, intermediate and pro.. “Write that down”
Kuba can you explain this in your next q&a - how to introduce cheat meals in your diet. On a lean bulk but trying to keep fat gain minimal but still maybe enjoy some off plan meals
I would just swap one meal out for the cheatmeal, but keep it low fat, quality protein, and quality carbs…and dont over eat, and just keep the cals as near the meal plan as possible.
Awesome vid as per kuba, getting me hyped for push today! was just wondering how long you go for before you deload and at what point you begin increasing volume above baseline/introduce intensifiers? thanks!
I have a question. I understand the time under tension. Really focusing on expressing maximum load with the least energy. Back in the day, obviously we all know bodybuilding was completely different. Sets were taken much more crazier. Is there a time for that? To let loose and go absolutely insane or is it pointless.
What about losing strenght during prep? We cant always progress session to session. Sometimes we need to lose weight we using on training. It's impossible to lose around 10 kgs and push more for example on lncline smith
Real ones know. Real training ain't taking a back seat to content. No apologies necessary. Appreciate ya man.
If people don’t appreciate this content they obviously know fuck all about training. Thank you for this content Kuba.

You will come to a point were you cant progress, but keeping the strenght as near possible is do able..as long as recovery is on point.
