Can you explain what factors make you decide that you are going to do myorep sets versus straight sets? Another great vid to inspire and motivate, thanks Kuba!
Could you cover a video about evidence based approach (studies, science) vs old school approach (experience, own knowledge)? Especially according to training methodology (like those trends that 2x muscle per week, upper/lower and full body better than bro split, muscle mind connection and pump not important for hypertrophy, less volume better than more, lower rep range better cause high rep range causes fatigue, overtraining, ...)
My question is, how would you recommend a natural lifter can stay on point all year round? Like a pro , it's hard for me as it's a hobby, not a full-time job
Maybe a vid in PEDs would be good? You obviously do PEDS in the safest possible way as your blood work would suggest. Education on PEDs would be extremely beneficial.
What a wholesome interaction with Mum, I’m glad you added that to the video. God bless you both ❤ Great video as always too 🫡

Thoughts on increasing amount of sets on an exercise, if you are looking to bring up a body part? (I.e. 3 sets instead of 2 on an incline smith)
What is the web page where I can purchase the lifting straps?

Eat the right food and train hard - what else can you do? Same as gear or not, have to do the work
