Even a company as consistent as Nintendo has had its share of flops! For this list, we’re naming off the worst games to come out every year between 2000 and 2020. What a fucked up list
Tbh, Wii Sports Resort was ok, but not as fun as the first. The motion plus kinda made the easy and fun experience a little bit to technical.

3D All-Stars gets way too much hate in my opinion...
It's a great bundle and while the ports aren't as great as the original... they are all still great games... even though I hate Super Mario Sunshine myself.

I'll fight over defending that Pokemon Ranger wasn't all that bad. I'm 30 and I'd go replay it tomorrow and enjoy the 20ish hours of gameplay again.
The first one was kinda "bad" (the worst part being you have do do all the loops in one go).. Actually bad isn't the word, hard more like it. Salamance and Entei were hard to fight XD
I mostly played it to get the event Manaphy egg on my Pokémon games.

Also Sunshine isn't hard when it works well as it's just BS from bad design, physics and control issues like how Mario's acceleration during jumps is just way too fast for small precise jumps yet the game wants you to do small precise jumps plenty of times during the sections without Fludd...

Wii sports is my childhood. I actually think it's one of the best video games I played. I liked it because you had to move, not like almost other game where you just sit. Never had problem with the "motion plus thingy". When it didn't work I was just like "Oh, ok"
I remember playing all the game modes, but I mainly played basketball and ping pong. Such great childhood memories.

I loved Wii Sports Resort! The motion controls actually worked really well and when they desynced, it was rare and a quick fix. So I don’t understand why they put so much of their critique into that in particular. It just felt kinda petty toward a really good game otherwise.

I honestly liked Wii Music, Wii Sports Resort and Nintendo Land as a kid, those games was so much fun.. also how the hell was Sunshine that bad, it was one of my favourite games growing up and definitely made me happy to be able to play it again

Because it has horrible controls, especially on the Switch. I haven’t been able to continue playing Sunshine via 3D AllStars all because this game wasn’t as optimized as it should’ve been. Nintendo didn’t even bother trying to fix the bugs, they clearly knew the fans wanted the game so much they gave us this nasty excuse of a port. Even worse, Super Mario 3D AllStars was so bad it had a limited release date and you won’t be able to purchase the game anymore because Nintendo wanted some extra money in their pocket out of desperation. If they truly cared about their product, they would’ve cleaned up the messes by adding in patches to Super Mario 3D AllStars, but here we are, still riddled with bugs.
I love Sunshine just as much as anyone else, but Sunshine just doesn’t hold up as much as we think it does.
Because it mostly has janky controls, pretty bad physics & collision texture on platforming and has the most obnoxious & frustrating level designs & missions out of all 3D Mario games. Oh. And the fact u have to chase Shadow Mario throughout the entire game is tedious as heck.

It was overpriced, underpowered/functional and had poor 3rd party support.
Don't get me wrong, I loved mine and it has a majority of my favorite games ever on it.
DVD support was huge back in the day, GC didn't have it. They also didn't have much for 3rd party games

I'd disagree with ya there, bud. As much as I like Shadows of Almia and Guardian signs. DAMN, the original didn't age well. The original is the worst game in the trilogy. I agree with ya. Pokemon Ranger is an underrated game series

Why I disagree:
Dr Mario 64 - This is one of my top 3 favorite Dr Mario games. It actually has a decent amount of content, including a new story mode.
Super Mario Sunshine - It's my least favorite 3D Mario game, but I still like it a lot. It's still a solid game to me, with its originality and creativity supporting it.
Nintendogs - It's a nice interaction game that helped bring personality to the DS.
Pokemon Ranger - It's a neat alternative to the mainline Pokemon games that puts a nice spin on the gameplay.
Wii Sports Resort - This expands on the original game and adds more interesting sports into the mix.
Nintendo Land - Bitch what? This is a launch title for the Wii U that DOES show off the Wii U's functions.
I dissagree with 2002, 2005, 2009, 2012 and 2020.

I liked the 3D Allstars game as it gave me the ability to play Super Mario 64 without needing to find my old system, gave me the ability to pay sunshine for the first time as I never owned it on the GameCube, and a chance to finally beat Super Mario Galaxy (as when I was a kid, I never beat games and I don’t have a Wii anymore)

I bought 3D All Stars mainly cause I’d never played Sunshine and this was cheapest way for me to get a copy.
Plus being able to play 64 on the go and play Galaxy without the Wiimote controls.

I had Pokemon Battle Revolution. The only reason why I liked it is because I had Pokemon Diamond and I could use my pokemon to battle. But that was after I had this game for like 4 months. The select pokemon they give you WILL NOT stand a chance at the end. And thats what really messed up the experience at first.

for someone who sunk a ton of hours into Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, it wasnt what everyone wanted at all, no single player experience, no fun pokemon themed minigames, just trade and battle options... which was nice but that was the equivalent of a Link Cable and not an actual game.
I got revolution thinking it would be like colosseum and xd gale, but it had no story whatsoever.

This list is just wrong. My friends and I still play nintendo land to this day. It's such a shame they didn't bring out a sequel! Nearly every mini game a part of this title was worth playing.

Pokemon Channel might be hardly a game, but it had so many fun things to do. Most of the channels were good for a laugh and interacting with Pikachu and collecting the nice cards was quite nice. Not only that but I could play Pokemon mini and the Pichu Bros. Is an incredible mini series. Channel encapsulates everything I love about Pokemon and it was a great warm up for Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness.

I was thinking Metroid: Other M for 2010 because they turned Samus from a silent badass into a whiny bitch who won't shut the hell up and goes into PTSD mode when she sees Ridley. Also Star Fox Zero for 2016 because fans had waited so long for a new entry only for them to rehash Star Fox 64 and add elements from the classic on the SNES and give it shitty controls
