Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience! I got your feeling about the first screening interview. The recruiter threw a very broad and vague question with a very casual tone. However, it is a crucial, or turn on/ off question.

yess, what's annoying is the understanding that they just have a check-list to go through and they don't care who is in front of them, true.
