Don't pursue graphic design. These people just selling themselves to make living. Just showing fancy stuff to lure students to watch their content. Reality is really opposite. You will die with frustration you will get in graphic design. There is no scope in near future. Rather go with UI UX. It's more customer centric rather than posting no sense design. Consider this option.
Thankyou for this video, it gave me some idea of how to recreate my current portfolio. In my last year of uni I was feeling overwhelmed and my creativity just seemed to halt, as result my portfolio was just bland and static. You’ve inspired me to give it another go.

This was the most different video on portfolio I've seen so far. Your approach on this through the different mediums is super important and I need to study this better and improving my personal portfolio. Plus, it might make the different fields I'm interested in (graphic, ux, branding) more fluid
