with IF, do I have to eat every day at specific hours, like from 10 am to 6pm or I can do it at whatever times, as long as I eat for 8 hours and fast for 16? Because my work schedule is not the same every day, so I adjust the times I eat accordingly and I'm not sure it's a correct way to do it
Omad is too aggressive unless your diet is spot on in the one mean you do eat. 16 8 is the best as you can eat two meals and get all your macros and micros in. Hope that helps. Oh and this is a personal anecdote, but Omad killed my sex drive
I started IF almost a year ago, did the 16:8 and went from 136kg tp 100kg and still doing IF

Yes, I started at 5 am and by 5pm.my stomach was on fire Precisely 12 hours!!
After having being doing IF for several years, I doubt if it's all this simple to lose fat.
I’ve found ADF 35-36 hrs worked best for me to trim 90 lb in 10 months with proper eating swimming and strength training
