    What an excellent tutorial this is, I particularly like the strength of that steel channel, which makes for a very solid construction.
    Likewise, the welding back to back of the channel to form the towing beam, making a really solid fabrication. Subscribed.

      I’m fixing to do the same thing make sure to update but I fixing to start making my first one Tom I know we could just buy the metal from a store or sum but I know for a fact I can find a bunch of them scrapping

    If nothing else i love that your video is straight to the point, to many people just talk to much trying to make their videos longer just to make money.

    Looks like you had it all planned out in your head. A talent that I wish I had. I'm impressed with how you cut all those pieces with one cutoff wheel. I would have been on the third one at least. Great job!

    I opt for Harley Topper! This was engineered by Harley Davidson in the 60' to compete with the boasting roller market overwhelming the USA, mainly from Italy, like Vespa or Lambretta. This Topper came out so ugly, it is beautiful again! And the best is, you have to start it with a rope like a lawn mower!

      I got any old trailer from work for free I am going to rebuild it I am thinking of using trex boards on it

    great job. the deck boards for the floor, were they bolted on? or did you use machine screws?

    I would advice you to wear a full PPE and its very risky to use a grinder without a guard

    What type of metal are you using to build this trailer? I think it's easier to cut and move around

      It's 1.5 inch by 3 inch C channel

    What did the axle come off of?and what glue would you say is best stick or wire?

      The axle came off another trailer that was at the local scrap yard and I prefer to use stick welding for stronger welds

    I don't like grinder gaurds at all.. but if your going to run on with no gloves between your legs your just asking for pain.

      i welded with stickwelders and used oxy accetaline cutting torch for years and never ever wore gloves you just get few sparks hitting but soon get used to it gloves are a bloddy nuciancs

      Their wasn't really a plan to it I built it around the axle that I had and as for material cost I only had to pay for the wood,lights,and bolts everything else I had already

      I got the axle from my local scrap yard they charged me by weight i believe it was only $30
