Excellent choice in heading south, so many videos heading north. Loving the chill out music and the visuals even though its raining. Great stuff, well done.

Thank you for uploading all this and creating a playlist. I can't tell you how helpful this has been. There's something about the cab view combined with the music that settles any anxiety, brings down the heart rate and helps us to just take a moment to regulate our breathing. These videos, combined with this music, are having a very real and noticeable effect on at least one person's recovery to full health (ie me). I couldn't tell you how many times I've played through this entire playlist, I've completely lost count at this point. If you have any additional footage of other journeys (maybe the Cambrian Coast Line, Settle to Carlisle and the Cumbrian Coast Line?) that could be added to this collection, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be grateful. For every inevitable complainer in the comments, there are probably fifty of us who appreciate that you went to the trouble.

I travelled from Arrochar&Tarbet to Fort William in the summer and the views along the line are stunning. Looking at this video I would think it was filmed in late autumn or winter.

The last time I rode the Highlands on our motorcycle, the weather was exactly like this. Seeing the cascading water off Glencoe was truly mesmerising! I captured most of it from Spean Bridge on video. This music is truly wonderful for this scenery. Thank you for all what you do.

Great video, even on a wet murky day the colours and tones of the trees and plants are beautiful as is the scenery. The music is fine, much better than some I have heard on other cab ride videos and of course if you don't like it you can mute it.

@national rail at various points along the line there are pairs of rails near the center of the sleepers, can you advise what these are (not the check rails). Thanks, great videos, really enjoy them and find them really relaxing

Yet more fabulous scenery. You spoil us. Shame about the rain. Too much wiper action on the previous section, not enough here. Just no pleasing some people!

Comment for Network Rail it would be helpful to put station names on screen on your videos whether stopping there or not.

@National Rail.... Is it possible, to upload version, with original engine and ambient sound? To make it like real train ride :)

Why did you not use "Loch Lomond" as the background track between Ardlui and Arrochar ?!?

Great scenery, shame about the music: sounds of the train would be better

Agreed, an external mic and no music would have added a lot to these journeys.

Great video but I would have preferred the engine/carriage/track sounds over the music

I love the concept, love the music and find the videos very relaxing... however, please find a nice day to film the lines! The constant spattering of rain blurring the vision and the intermittent wiper action really detracts from the experience.
We know it rains a fair bit in Scotland but it does not rain constantly; well, maybe it does, but you get my point.
Keep up the good work. Stay safe.
    Regards.

It sounds like the music was selected by a committee, and everybody wanted their bit played. After a while the scenery became rather boring. I did not finish the video.

What would really complete this video is explaining WHY these lands are so "wild" (empty of their former inhabitants) .....

You say in your introduction to this series that "The sounds and the motion of travelling by train have been scientifically proven to help people relax" , and I agree with that, but, aieee ! I start watching this video and there are none of what I remember as the sounds of travelling by train but just really horrible 'music'. Is this the 'sound' of travelling on the trains in Scotland?...You get on board and this 'musac' starts? Horror. Such a pity because the journey itself is beautiful
