What station is this?

That's shocking. I really don't think most people realise this can happen and I've never heard a warning being broadcast at a station. Perhaps though the trains should slow down if they are passing an in use platform or there should be a staff member on the platform.

If ONLY there was no music and just the train sounds!

I know of health and safety issues on nights cleaning the trains but an outside company not network rail though but someone in partnership.

Great idea, hold on a moment, how much would it cost? Reduce ticket prices and people might make the switch that's providing there's a railway station where they want to go of course. To make our railways really useful we need to look at reinstating some of the lines closed since the 60's wherever possible. So we need trains that go where they're wanted and at a reasonable cost - simple.

It would be great for the line to reopen down to Tavistock from Okehampton and then onto Plymouth.

Used to love this belting along in a 1st gen unit, quite exhilarating with the state of the track & the train swaying from side to side. Now I think they should split it at Llandovery & run separate trains from West Wales & from Chester. It's too long on a train without refreshments.

If you don't like the music, turn the sound off, the videos are just as enjoyable without sound. lf you haven't discovered Dan Coffey's videos I recommend them, train sounds and lots of information.

I love these kind of video's. Would be more interesting if the original sounds were in the video.

This might be the reason that in Japan a lot of subways have barriers all the way down the track, with doors that slide open so people can board!
