@@bellystrong It’s great so far! Definitely slowing down and more limited mobility. This baby is super active and they get stronger by the day 😅 I’m getting more and more excited to meet this little one ❤️
Another amazing work out - my quads are definitely going to feel this tomorrow. Do you think you'd be able to slow down slightly in-between exercises? I can't get into position quickly enough so I tend to miss the first rep or two of each set. Only need a couple of extra seconds but it would help a lot so I can watch your form too.
Ah I'm sorry to hear that! Sometimes lifting legs can get a bit tough during pregnancy due to things like pelvic girdle pain. Feel free to substitute with moves like squats, heelraises, plies etc. This routine might also be helpful if any single leg work in painful: th-cam.com/video/gNAjGQJSNpo/w-d-xo.html. Hope this helps a bit!
It really depends on what your body can tolerate in terms of how much exercise, but generally the recommendation is to aim for 150min of physical exercise within one week!

I'm happy to hear that!
I didn't do any exercises during my pregnancy . Now i’m in 29 week can i start be this video or no?!
Possibly, but I'd start really gently with loads of breaks, or even start with something simple like walking before moving on to some workouts.
Perfect as always! :)
Yay I'm glad it was a good one! :D
The burn when lying down on your sides 😅! Thank you
It's deceptive isn't it? 😂
Am 29weeks gone can I do it and is it healthy for me and my baby
If you haven't been advised spceifically by your doctor to avoid exercise, working out can be really beneficial for both mom and baby!
I forgot to right it yesterday - done ✅😁
Well done! 😁
I can't lift my legs up. 😔
