I love how the exercises you do are different every week - keeps it so much more interesting and I feel like I get to move every little muscle in my body! Update - two days later my inner thighs and obliques are sore! But in such a good way 💪 Getting strong for labour 💃
I also enjoy trying to come up with slightly different moves, so it's good to hear that! Apologies for the muscle soreness 😅 The second day after a workout can be a killer, but I'm glad it's that good kind of soreness rather than pain - muscles are adapting!
It really depends on you and what your body can handle. I've had women do a video every day, and others 3 times a week. Do what feels good and achievable for you :)
If you have a healthy low-risk pregnancy then exercise has some amazing benefits for both you and baby. I always recommend asking your overseeing health professional/doctor for specific advice though.
Your exercises are amazing! Thank you so much. I feel good doing them ❤
I'm so happy to hear that!
You make 25 minutes of good exercises feel like 5 minutes 🤩
Glad you enjoyed the workout! :D
