If you hold your breath between inhale and exhale near 60 seconds your brain become more powerful as a sender and receiver .this reinforce your magnetic field of your body and reinforce your gamma waves of your brain .It is associated with high levels of thoughts and concentration.Also if you inhale deeply slowly from nose both nostril by pushing out your abdomen ,your mouth should be closed in this pranayama and hold your breath 15 seconds then exhale from nose ,both nostrils slowly by pulling in your abdomen do this pranayama everyday 30 minutes regularly without gaps between days for at least one month,then your sexual urge will stop.only you should use your nose in this pranayama. if you can hold your breath more than 15 seconds sometimes it will be more better but if you can not that is no problem . after stopping sexual urge then you do not need to continue this pranayama.
