Good job on the restoration. My only question is why did you use brass as the hinge pin for the blade? Brass is a lot softer than the steel of the blade, and the blade is under tension each time it is opened/closed. The pin will wear away quicker, from the friction, and leave your blade loose.
Looked very rusty indeed, what rust remover do you use? Also, I would've tried to make it a bit sharper. Looked like it was still struggling even on paper.
