Today am preparing Chelsea buns which are an ultimate recipe for those looking for a more enhanced tasty bun.
Ingredients:
-140 gm all purpose wheat flour
- 50 gm sugar
- 10 gm instant yeast
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 130 ml tepid milk
- 50 gm butter for kneading and 15 gm melted for spreading
- 2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 20 gm raisins or more according to your preference
