There are very few recipes that only have 3 ingredients and your recipe looks delicious :)
Plain pancakes have 3 ingredients but if you want sweet you need sugar I often do a large sweet crispy one but then I forget the oil makes one more lol

Thank you Dolci Veloci, I had everything in my kitchen to make these. Only one issue, my breads were not soft as yours and the bottoms were a bit parched.I think this issue is resolved with using better flour and kneading the dough properly.
