I had a CRM 125cc from 1999. I had two teeth less on the rear cog and it was way faster than that. It did around 170km/h on the gauge. 165km/h GPS on a straight. I had road tires on original rims. Skimmed head for compression. Worked exhaust port and transfers. Original carb and jets. I removed the exhaust insulation and welded it back together. A straight silencer. And I removed the side fairings and front mud guard. Everything else was original. It was a beast on the motorway. The sound of your engine is very very similar to mine. It makes me so nostalgic. Amazing video! Would you recommend this as a first bike for someone who has no prior experience? How is the maintenance? i have a bit of experience with older 80's cars, would you say it's easy enough for a student with some free time to work on?
Just bought my first bike a couple months ago, a 91 NS1 74cc which is very similar to this. Fun as hell but should've gone straight to a NSR 125. I'm in the process of swapping mine now! I only work on my cars out of necessity and don't have much experience, yet this bike is incredibly simple to work on. I would personally recomend you buy the NSR or any similar 2 stroke for that matter :)
Hi, was fährst du für eine Vergaserbedüsung. Wenn geändert nur Haupdüse oder alle drei Düsen. Was ist zu empfehlen bei TV78 und offenen Original Auspuff? Bringt der Gianelli noch etwas mehr Leistung als der ori?
Hey, schau ob die beiden Auslassklappen öffnen. Die können entweder fest sitzen oder eine Klappe auf der Welle ist rundgedreht und dadurch immer geschlossen.
Meine Damalige Aprilia Classic 125 mit dem rotax 122 hätte sich totgelacht ,deine Nsr ist schlapp und ist dir aufgefallen das sie übrigens 6 Gänge hat warum dreht die so hoch bei 120

Hi, auf dem Video habe ich nur die Hauptdüse geändert von 132 auf 135.
Die Giannelli bringt obenrum einbisschen mehr Leistung.

Müsste aber trotzdem um die 140 laufen. Bau den Auspuff ab und dreh an dem Stellmotor und schaue ob die Klappen öffnen und schließen.
