Hi. Thanks for guiding me to solve the problem. In my case installing windows media player didn't help but it led me to settings>applications>default applications and there is reset button. Pressing it and restarting pc made everything work. Thanks!
I wish I could help more. I spent so many hours researching and coming up with this solution that only seems to work on a limited number of cases. If you didn’t have windows media player installed before make sure you run it once and then set the G-Hub software to always run as an administrator. Hopefully it works. Thanks for watching.
