the power of habits is really important and underestimated. but I actually can't stand this "speech" structure that I'm seeing in EVERY TED video. let these people talk and express their ideas. the speech structure is so insincere and it makes me tune out

agreed I have done a Ted talk and I am a preacher, I argued the entire time to let me just speak now I want to speak, they would not let me.

on the other hand, I like them because they're very to the point. If you've ever been to a conference where the speaker tries to sell you something, you'll see they take the complete opposite rule (talk a lot and ultimately communicate very little) which is why I prefer this format.

When you realize you can fix a lot of things by only working with that problem for 15 minutes a day!
    -workout 15 minutes a day
    -read 15 minutes a day
    Ect!

why milk lips is talking? "two months to form a habit"? can take 10 seconds with little body mutilation, it will form habits for life.
