      @@janjamesramos247 My guess is the ammount of lipids in the omega-3 pill is relatively small and probably doesn't stimulate much bile production - it's a high ammount of one specific lipid molecule that's desirable for its effects, but it's not alot of total lipid compared to a meal that contains a lot of other types of fat molecules.

    Lots of mixed info on the web saying ubiquinol is better than ubiquinone however after extensive research of verified studies ubiquinone is actually the clear winner and the form used in nearly all the studies.

    • @ConsumerlabPlus
      @ConsumerlabPlus  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      As discussed in the video and our report, ubiquinol is a little better at raising levels in the body, but not necessarily worth paying much more to get, and, most studies have been done with CoQ10, not ubiquinol, simply because CoQ10 was the predominant supplement form for many years.

    A friend told me he had so much more energy after taking coq10 but after doing a little research I read that ubiquinol was the better bet. However, after taking a 100mg capsule per day I really didn't notice any difference. I am diabetic type 2 and very occasionally experience numbness in fingers on my right hand, I did find this went after taking the ubiquinol. Wonder your thought on this. The brand I bought is Solgar. I live in London.

    • @dlg5485
      @dlg5485 4 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Since you already have a chronic illness (diabetic), you probably just need a higher dosage. I'd try 200 mg/day of ubiquinol with breakfast, so it doesn't keep you up at night. I had hypertension and high cholesterol and 5 years ago, but I now take 200 mg/day of Qunol Mega ubiquinol or Jarrow Formulas ubiquinol, whichever is less expensive, both are excellent products. Now my cholesterol and blood pressure are excellent with no prescription drugs. I think you just need a higher dosage of the ubiquinol form for maximum absorption.

      I have ankylosing spondylitis and the biggest side effect to this autoimmune disease is chronic fatigue. Several years ago I tried co q ten and I too had no results from it. Two years ago I revisited the supplement and decided to take 500 mg of ubiquinol and holy shit I had strength doc into my body and energy like I did prior to the activation of my disease which was 20 years ago. I can now do things and not be exhausted or irritable at the end of the day when it's most affects me from the chronic fatigue. I can actually go out in the evening and not be falling asleep. so as the other poster said you just need to take a higher dose depending on what's going on with you. my disease takes up a lot of resources and my body and causes a lot of stress so when I take supplements I usually take three to six times more than what a healthy person would.

      @@ZombielandPB hi there! I have RA and Hashimotos/hypothyroidism. My husband is convinced I also suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, because I literally spend most days at the lethargic level... I did find some relief when a psychiatrist prescribed me Vivance for ADD... (Rather than trying another anxiety/depression med, I asked if we could focus on my 'lack of focus' and hormones? And she agreed!) So I found that if I have my Vivance, and take it- I don't have to sleep all day. But without it, I go right back to being tired almost all day. Some days I will have slept all night, and then still try an sleep all day! 🙁 I don't know why I had to write all that, lol. Anyways, my husband just came home with 2 big bottles of CQ-10. They were recommended by someone at the pharmacy. We hadn't even heard if Ubiquinol yet. So... Do you think if I take a pretty high dose of the Co Q-10 (since only 90% of it will turn into Ubiquinol in the body) I might have positive results like you did??

    • @ZombielandPB
      @ZombielandPB 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@roxannerodriguez7075 Hi, will it work? most likely no. Once you pass your mid 30's your production of cq-10 is cut by a third and keeps reducing production as you get older.. Ubiquinone the reduce form of Cq-10 and Ubiquinol is the active ingredient. Ubiquinol is ready to go to be used by your cells. There is no conversion, no recycling, it can be used right away. It recommends 100mg but it did nothing so I took 500mg and wow, my leg weakness is gone and I am alive and the end of the day.
      I would rather have your diseases than mine. I have my disease 70% into remission with out medications and I use Meloxicam to finish the off the 30%. Why would I rather have what you have? Because you can put all of yours into remission. 100's of people are having great success. I am 100% Carnivore. I was on biologics prior to carnivore. Now I just take meloxicam once a day. I'ave been eating only meat for 2 years now and it changed everything for me. Others who have ankylosing Spondylitis have not been sucessful putting it into remission 100% but lots of people who have what you have put all off them into remission. No more medications, depression gone, anxiety, Pain, swelling, Deformity from the RA. Search for it and welcome to a new world. Its there for the taking if you want to get better!
