In Germany, if a doctor prescribes you a statin drug without also prescribing CoQ10, he or she can be charged with malpractice.

In the UK, my elderly mother has been put on statins, I told her to speak with her doctor about supplementing coq10, she did and the doctor said he’d never heard of it…

@Dan I would put this in the realm of fantasy. In Germany almost no physician ever is sued because of malpractice. They even prescribe the most dangerous antibiotics like sweets for little children without any restriction and without sufficient reasons.
We in Germany always think, there are much better guidelines in the US.

@@user-abde Hmmm. Interesting to know, thanks. However, i wrote: "can be charged". Doctors here can be sued for malpractice too ( not for the reason above obviously) but it is still in the top 10 leading causes of death in America.

When I started taking CoQ10 about 20 years ago I stopped having any bleeding from my gums when I had a cleaning. The dental hygienists are always amazed. I started at age 50 with 100mg, progressed to 200mg by 60, then to 200 AM and PM and am now on 400mg AM and PM at 71.

Personally my gut health issuess and major inflammation went down signifigantly almost like a miracle. Nothing has compared to what bulgarian yogurt has done for me. Obviously don't take my word for it and consult a doctor but I'm talling you if you're up for it you should test it out just to see how you feel. I have read from multiple sources that beta blockers decrease COQ10. Is this true? Should I be supplementing with COQ10 to restore levels of this coenzyme? Lately I have been taking a 100mg COQ10 pill about once or twice a week with meals. I no longer take any beta blocker and haven't for a couple months. Any thoughts or feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Great vid.
