Brothless Sanuki Udon topped with Raw Egg Yolk and Green Onion - Ovo Vegetarian, Narita T3

This fast food restaurant is located at Narita Airport Terminal 3 Food Court. It is near the entry area towards the airside or secure side of the terminal where passengers will have to pass through immigration.
This is one of my most favorite "ovo-vegetarian" foods in Japan. If you are a vegan, you may ask the same sans the egg, moreover, the fritters or the vegetable tempura, may have been fried using the same oil where animal products were also fried. It's always best to ask... which I haven't because I am not very sensitive to it.
