Why isn't floating structure ordinance being enforced near Peanut Island?

  • Private properties are threatened and even damaged. That's the reality and constant concern to people who live and work at a scenic spot in Palm Beach County.

      Move your boats to other counties. Brevard never bothers old boats anchored.

      Freedoms? Freedom to destroy other people’s property? These people take no responsibility for the damage they cause when they break free in storms - which happens all the time, not just hurricanes. Then WHO pays for it? ALL OF US!

      Seriously?? The STATE also has part of this because it is considered STATE waters (Florida owns all waterways not created by humans) and the STATE ISN’T EVEN INTERESTED! I know I have carried this fight for over a decade. And who runs the STATE? Yeah. That’s what I thought. It has noth8ng to do with which party. They are BOTH wrong.
